Usually, that's something that you do after you've contacted the company that charged the card in the first place, and also is something for when the charge is fraudulent, product is broken, etc. In this case, Moz did what we said we'd do at the start of the free trial, and we also send out a reminder email nine days before the trial expires. We're usually fairly understanding in cases like this, and it is best to contact the company first in these cases.

I personally don't have access to the billing system, so I myself am not able to refund you. Our help desk team does have the option to offer refunds, and they will be contacting you as soon as they can regarding this.

Why can't the dates be changed in automatic reports?
I want to be able to change the publish date of automatic reports in my campaigns. One such campaign, which is a client campaign, it's set to run on the 8th after I selected "monthly". However, this doesn't work for me as this client want's to meet each month on between the 2nd and 5th of each month and I have to have this report data. So, I need to run this report on the first. Not the 2nd, not every 4 weeks... on the first. It seems like you guys have a fundamental flaw in the design of this tool, as great as it is. You've set the projects to auto run each month from the date it was added (at least from what I can tell). Provided that's true, then this would explain why the monthly reports won't work on my schedule because their on a weekly schedule instead. We, as clients, should be given the option to schedule when our scanning runs, when our reports get generated, etc. Every company runs their SEO and marketing differently, but the away you've set this up with the lack of options for us, forces us to work around your tools scheduling and not the other way around. Also, out of all of the SEO tools I've tried (quite a few), none have had this limitation. This should be addressed immediately. Thanks, Micha

Can I create different login accounts to access different campaigns?
For various reasons, I'd like to create different login accounts for Moz for different campaigns, so staff can only access the campaigns that they're given permissions to. Is this possible?

Deleting a site
If we have a 3 of 5 of our "active site" allocation currently used, and then delete one, would we then only have 2 of 5 sites active sites used? Or would the previously used active site still count against our allocation?

I have upgraded my account but I can't add another site. What to do?
Simple, I want to get out of my free trial. I need to work with two/three sites. I seem to have access to five accounts... but I can't add a site. Very frustrating.
