Hi Sanjay
There's a lot of issues with this site. I'll list out the worst ones I saw:
- There is a lot of unnatural link building as you can see here in the Open Site Explorer anchor text report - way too many links for "pharma machines manufacturer" and other commercial keywords
- There's tons of keyword stuffing on the site itself. The homepage header does not need to have all those variations of keywords for example. Your title tags are also long lists of keywords. Check out Google's guide for title tags.
- You're linking out to web designers and SEO companies in the footer, also with exact match commercial keywords - it definitely would count as links that are being given to sites in unnatural ways possibly.
- There are issues with the graphics and design which might deter users and give you bad user metrics. The graphics are low quality and show pixels. There is a broken image at the very top of every page. I would clean those up and make it look higher quality.
- Social accounts like Twitter are just stuffed with keywords as well: https://twitter.com/prismpharma - you'll want to clean up social accounts and remove keyword stuffing.
You probably ranked where you did artificially before, because of the spammy links etc. So it may take some time of doing things to right way before you rank well again.

Hi Tafser - thanks for helping out! Just want to point out, looks like they have a mobile site at a mobile subdomain which passes the test: http://m.prismpharmamachinery.com/

To add to Tafser's response, you're YSlow score could be better, currently overall performance score of 67. There is a whole lot you can do to increase performance for both visitors and search engines. Another mention is that your static content is rather thin. I compared the meta keywords you added to your page content, and I imagine if you used Moz On-page grader you'll find that you could do much better.
It's understandable to have many products, but you may want to try moving those product links off your homepage and onto a product category page, and then create content to help your homepage rank better for your selected keywords.

Hi Sanjay Thakar, I checked your website is not mobile friendly. May be, you know Google is downing non mobile-friendly website from mobile search. I think, you are facing for this reason. And Anther option is what about your outbound link method. Check it out from your webmaster tool. I think, your website is getting outbound juice from spamming link. Besides, I am really confused about your Homepage linking.
Do you know about Home Page linking ?
"When you have PageRank, the amount of PageRank that flows through the outlinks is divided by the number of total outlinks. So if you have 100 links, you will divide your PageRank by 100; if you have 1000 links you will divide that PageRank by 1000. So if you have a huge amount of links, the amount of PageRank flowing out on each individual link can become very, very small"
See the matt cutts video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QHG6BkmzDEM
I gave you 3 point. Check this out, which method you applied, that was wrong. I think, You can solve this problem by yourself.

Do any Local Rank Trackers Report This Way?
I'm having trouble finding a local rank tracking service with useful reporting. I've tried several and for the money, have gravitated toward's Whitespark's service as for $25/month I can track unlimited locations. But their report is indicative of what I've seen time and time again in my 18-year experience as a Software Developer and Internet Marketer. Whomever is making the design decisions isn't a Seasoned (Local) SEO, and/or probably hasn't done their homework well enough by talking to seasoned SEOs. Their Summary Report looks like this (see attachement). When I'm doing Local SEO I'm looking at a lot of reporting data but among that, probably the most important is: How many of the listings moved up into position #1-3 on Local Finder which is also usually the Local 3-Pack (sometimes a 2-pack explaining the discrepancy in the first two rows between the number in the #1-3 column.) I also want to know how many listing moved UP into the #4-10. And vice versa, what fell out of #1-3 and #4-10. The problem with the format of this report, if a listing falls from #2 to #5, it will be a decrease in #1-3 and an INCREASE for #4-10. This would give me the false impression that a listing that was below #10 came into the #4-10 when in actuality the increase in #4-10 was because of a decrease in #1-3!! One situation is positive the other is negative. What I want to know is how many listings (totals without getting out the calculator): moved up into #1-3 (White Spark does this via the Increase column in the Local 3-Pack row) moved up into #4-10 moved down out of #1-3 to #4-10 moved down out of #1-3 to below #10 moved down out of #4-10 to below #10. Does anyone know of local tracking services that give you this kind of data in this way? XQppQKs.jpg

Local Ranking Factors?
For Google, has anyone got a finger on how much of a factor the address type "service customers only at their location" versus "service customers at my business location AND customers location is" is as far as local search ranking especially for 3-pack results? (The former they hide the address the latter they show the street address) It seems to me the primary factors are obviously (a) proximity of user's location or location intent to the business location, then (b) natural organic ranking (age of business, domain authority, inbound links, quality content, relevance to the actual keywords searched for). But where does the address type rank amongst all the "secondary factors" like is business currently open, number of reviews and average rating, etc. etc. My guess would be reviews and average rating along with is business currently open would be third, and then address type would factor in - but for all I know the address type could be given much more importance than I am guessing?

Ranking for a service website that offers to a large geographic region. Micro sites, one site, google ads, etc?
Hi there I currently have a client that has a service that offers to a wide metropolitan geographic region. Currently we offer location detection when they hit the site. I'm curious what the best method going forward would be. This client is coming from a PPC initially but I've sold them on a longer term goal with organic SEO (local) . So my question is what is the best method for ground up web creation when offering a service that services multiple areas within the same metropolitan region? Bonus questions anyone using Flat CMS's?

I have 2 locations and 6+ Google Business pages... How can I combine the duplicates without losing maps rankings?
I have 2 locations and 6+ different Google Business pages due to a company merger and automatic page creation. Some of the GMB even pages rank in maps above the ones we use for certain terms and most bring traffic to my site, but I know the dupes are hurting our maps rankings. Is there a way I can consolidate these pages by combining them? Or am I better off just biting the bullet and deleting the pages I don't want to use?

Ranking for "personal trainer agency london"
Hi all, I have a client who wants to rank for "personal trainer agency london" They are a .com site with offices worldwide and they have 1 contact page per location. I've been registering their UK address across Yell, Yelp, G+ etc but I wondered if that would be enough to get their rankings moving for the "london" related terms or should I be creating a landing page related to "personal trainer agency london" specifically? I don't feel comfortable doing it this way as it goes against what I believe is good SEO. They have other services they offer so I don't want to end up having to build a "london" related page for every service and then every location. Surely I can make their Personal Trainers page rank for location terms? Any thoughts HUGELY appreciated!

How do you go about updating / correcting bad business listings when you cannot contact the website directly?
There is a business listing I wish to correct / update on 411dir.biz There is no way to contact the website online, and in cases like this, I try to do a whois lookup, and reach out via the email / phone number there. This site seems impossible to connect with, has anybody else come up against situations like this in the past, if so what do you tell your client / what other approaches do people have? Thanks!

How is this Ge Factory Service ranking like this?
Recently I was doing some research on "appliance repair" for a new client and I ran into some listings that are ranking locally on the 1st page without barely any backlinks or citations. I am wondering how they are doing this. I under stand since they are a GE company maybe this is why but there is not even no backlinks from the GE main site. This Ge Factory website is a pr0 so how is it ranking hundreds of listings without almost any citations? After searching Google I found over 10k listings for "GE Factory Service". How are they doing this? As I understand only Franchise listings are allowed to be posted Nationwide. After investigation I came to the conclusion that GE does not offer any Franchise Opportunities for their repair service. So isn't this in violation of the terms and conditions? These listings all have the address hidden since these are not storefronts. I have checked many listings and they are ranking for most cities I search including:Atlanta, San Diego, Dallas, Tucson, phoenix.Does anyone have any ideas how these listings with virtually no SEO? Any feedback is appreciated thanks
