I set up a custom report to be sent to me daily about a week ago, but I haven't received any of them yet?

How long do they really take? I think I opted in to receive emails from MOZ but I didn't see that as an option on the email form. I need to be able to rely on the assumption that if I set up a custom email to send that it will in fact send.

That may be the case - the reports should all be sent from noreply@moz.com but they should be coming through now.

Great, thank you! If it's my mail server, I know we use ProofPoint for all our email security, should I give them your domain that the reports will be coming from (if it's different than something@moz.com) to make sure they get through? -Cheers!

Hi there! Looks like this was an issue with our mail server or your mail server as I was seeing hard bounces on the report emails. I have since reactivated them so you should start getting those tomorrow! Have a great day. If anything like this happens again feel free to reach us at help@moz.com

I have a new client on a small budget with a local yoga studio. There's been no SEO work on this site so far, so, after the basics, I plan to work through the items on this list: https://moz.com/blog/top-20-local-search-ranking-factors-an-illustrated-guide I'm a new Moz Pro user and am looking for advice on how to use Moz Pro tools with my client to review progress over time...a simple checklist of reports/metrics to share and track, and to use in weekly status reports. MOZ Monthly Custom Report Question
How do I set the Moz to produce monthly report on 1st of every month. I dont see any option there. we have 50+ Clients in Moz now and we need to generate report on 1st day of all month to send them report. Its 3rd Oct today and I don't see my previous month report being generated. Can you guys help me

Pro just NOTworking, won't add campaigns...help!
I have been a member before, but cancelled due to Moz not doing daily ranking. Signed up again, as i like the reporting facility, and now have planned to use this along with Rankinity. I got the free trial, added in two new campaigns, which is not a quick process if you do it correctly, and neither are showing up in my campaigns tab. So I thought, maybe its because it's a free trial...so I upgraded to the 149/month, and got billed. Tried adding a campaign again, and nada. Also tried activating archived campaigns...again, nothing. Nothing is working, talking directly to Moz is pretty much impossible (no phone number, the 'talk to us' button never gets a response - tried that on Friday), so I am trying to get some kind of answers here. What I would like from Moz is: 1. Make the adding campaigns thing work asap (I need to make the client reports soon). 2. Make it so my old archived ones, when I click the activate button work. 3. If they are feeling nice for wasting hours of my time, maybe refunding my sub for the month and putting me back on the free trial or something. My head is about to explode....HELPPPPP! Daily Reports
Hi I am new to Moz, (6 days New) Moz has done the initial crawl and report on my site, it has gathered some Google analytics data from my account, it has ranked 150 Keywords from me, it has found my backlinks and reported accordingly. All seemed to be well until I realised that it has not updated my information for a few days now.

The Weekly reports are labelled 27th Nov 2013 plus I have a daily report from the 1st December 2013 and that is it. I am wondering if I am missing something, it all started so well and now has appears to have stopped.
I know that 6 days is early and wont get any real good data for a few weeks or even months,
But I was under the impression that I could get things like my daily search traffic reports for the search engines ( yes I have added 3 search engines google, bing and yahoo to my campaign) So any ideas would be useful or am I just being impatient and my data will appear in a few days 😞 Many Thanks0 -

I just signed up for the beta analytics, when trying to add our CEO Google plus it asks to create a new G+ profile? Why can't I add her Google + without creating a new one?

Twitter Data Not Appearing in Tool or Reports
I have added our Twitter account and our Facebook account to our campaign. The Facebook data appears in our reports. However, the Twitter data does not. I have check to confirm that our account is connected, and it appears that it is. It has been connected for about a week, and we're still not seeing any data. What could be causing this, and how can we fix it?
