Unsolved Keyword List Download
I'm just getting starting with MOZ Pro and I may be missing something simple. If MOZ says my site currently ranks for 9.1K keywords, is there a way I can download to CSV that 9.1K list? I have a MOZ Pro account, but haven't figured out how to do this. Thanks for the help!

Domain Authority hasn't recovered since August
I really need some major advice on this one. Back in September, I asked a question on here as follows: "A client wanted to change their domain name, which we have now done. The site content itself is exactly the same. We put 301 redirect links in so that Google searchers would redirect from the old site to the new one. However Moz then said that it couldn't crawl the old domain because of the redirects and advised creating a brand new campaign for the new domain. We have done this but now Moz says that the domain authority of the new site is 2 (it was 14 on the old domain)." My original question and the answers I got are here: https://moz.com/community/q/new-domain-wipes-out-domain-authority). Generally the responses I got were that we should give Moz time to crawl the new domain and process all the "new" pages. It is now February, ie 6 months after the domain rename, and on Moz the site still has a DA of 2. It seems like 6 months is enough time to wait. We checked all the recommended guides and believe we have done it all correctly. I really don't know what to do now. Can anyone help or have a quick look and work out why this is so bad? 'not a valid url' error in campaign set up
I get the error not a valid url when I'm trying to set up a campaign. I know it's a valid url. I have tried with www, non-www, http://, https:// when I do the https it lets me start, but then I get an error that https is forwarding to http and I need to use that. When I then put in the http, I get the original error. thanks in advance for your help.

Moz Pro won't stay connected to my Google Analytics profile
I just started a trial of Moz Pro today and it seems to have a problem staying connected to my Google Analytics account. Evenr time I refresh a page or click to a different page, I get a notification that reads "Our connection to your Google Analytics account was lost. Don't worry, you won't lose any data. Please reauthorize now." I click the link to reauthorize and it says it was successful, But then as soon as I refresh the page or click to a new page withing Moz Pro, the message appears again. I'm afraid that none of my GA data is being collected by Moz Pro. What should I do?

Where to find answers to really dumb questions about setting up Moz campaigns...
I had a Moz account earlier this year, let it drop for a few months, then decided it really was important to have one. So I'm back. But there is still something about it that I really find frustrating. I can't seem to find any answers to what seem to be basic questions. Maybe they are too simple, maybe they are just dumb questions, but I sure would appreciate it if somebody could lead me to another source of information. Maybe somebody has written a "Moz for Dummies" book? Here's an example: I'm setting up campaigns for my websites, and I get to the Brand and Mentions section. It tries to autofill the space using my campaign name, but that's not accurate. So I go look at the Help Hub for Brands and Mentions, and it gives an example using MOZ as the brand name. But not many sites have a three-letter domain name, do they?. One of my domains is EasyDigging.com (2 words) and the other is BestDryingRack.com (3 words). So I look and look, but can't find any examples of longer domain names. So I have no idea how to enter my Brand. Should it be the whole "EasyDigging.com" or should it just be "EasyDIgging" or should it be broke up into "Easy Digging"? This is just 1 example. I find these sort of unanswered questions almost every time I try something new. Is there a collection of examples anywhere? I really hope so. Surely there are others who learn best from examples, who hate having to guess based on slim or vague instructions. Keeping my fingers crossed that somebody can lead me to the goldmine of good examples. Thanks!

Hi, I just started with using MOZ and at my first attemp I can not start a new campaign because my url doesn't appear to be valid.. I tried http://www.mydomain.nl , www.mydomain.nl and mydomain.nl.. It's a Dutch extension (.nl). Can this be the problem? Excuse me my spelling and typo's. I'm Dutch 🙂
