Difference between 'City' and 'Province' on Moz Local business listing page

Sorry, I'm stuck on this one. I'm trying to clean up my business address on Moz Local as I have a duplicated version that ranks better than my verified listing (which is Fulham Nannies). I'm wondering if the problem arises from my entry on Moz Local's business listing for which I've entered 'London' in both the 'City' and 'Location' fields.. I'm not entirely sure that's correct, or what I should in fact enter in the 'province' field other than what I've got at the moment, I.e. London. Should I put something like 'South West London' for province and keep the city entry as London? I'd really appreciate any guidance anyone might have, thanks in advance.

Hi there.
As far as I understand, province is equivalent of state. Since most countries don't have states, but their local state "substitutions", this is where you'd put it in. I'm not sure how you guys have it in Britain, but here is example of russian address - 123 Blabla st, City, Udmurt Republic (this one would be province), Russia.
Hope this helps.
P.S. If you don't have specific province to put in, I'd leave it blank.

Unsolved Listing Permanence
Do listings revert to original state after cancelling Moz Local subscription? I know Yext is a feed that needs to be in place for their listings to show, and when you cancel the subscription, the listings all revert to how they were before you started (if you are lucky). I was told that Moz Local was different by a rep of the underlying platform that Moz white labels. Is this true , or still true? Thanks

Moz local & Rich Data in bi-lingual markets
Hi, any of you have any experience with Moz local in bi-lingual markets? In Quebec, we deal with predominantly French marketplace with large pockets of English speaking communities. However, mostly all of the directories that Moz Local lists to are English. Some offer options to list rich-data in two languages but many don't. Here's the question, have nay of you use both languages when submitting using Moz local (or other similar services) successfully in that the directories that were only English still accepted your "other" languages? Thx.

I am new to MOZ
I just purchased MOZ local for a client on a brand new location. I had already submitted the NAP to the big four google, yahoo, bing, yelp. I purchased the 99/year basic plan and now I am a bit confused. Will MOZ submit to the local directories in the network or out of the network that does not have a listing in place (Business New Address) so no listings exist besides the ones I mentioned. Also, it says it will send it to all four aggregators, is this true and how can I verify? Can someone explain what I should expect? YIKES, I hope this is not a dumb question for those MOZer gurus :). If it doesn't what did I just buy? A way to monitor Google? Please assist. I need to get NAP data out there for local directories for a customer. Should I have done this a different way? We have a client moving office locations in a month. When should we submit new address in Moz Local to the data providers?
It's the fine line of don't submit too early, but don't submit too late. When is the right time to submit the new address. This client will be working at current address until Christmas Eve. The day after Christmas, they move into their brand new building and address.

How do I use Moz Local to delete citations for an incorrect business location?
For some reason when you search our business name in a specific English county (or town within that country) one of the results in the local pack is the home address and phone number for a private individual who is nothing to do with us. He is now being bombarded with calls from people who need our services, which is less than ideal for both parties. I have no idea how this happened, but by using the person's postcode and Moz Local I was able to find a list of citations which have his address and phone number listed with our business name, which I assume is causing Google to rank his house for our business in local search . I was wondering how can I use Moz Local to delete these citations so that Google stops providing this person's address when you search for our business. Thanks for your help

Why are there 2 Managed items when I've only got one Local Campaign running?
In my Local Dashboard, there is a green circle with the number 2 in same.... Yet I've only got 1 Local campaign ongoing.... ???
