Moz Forum Responses Crashing Outlook 365

Don't know if anyone else has this issue every time I get a forum response email and I try to open it it seizes up Outlook 365.
It totally crashes, all I can do is to kill the process and restart Outlook!!

Sorry for the delay in responding. I have a great news -- as of today, this bug for Q&A forum emails has been fixed. (Any emails timestamped now 1:20pm PDT and going forward.)
Unfortunately, this bug is also happening in Blog comment emails. The blog and Q&A systems are not tied together, and the development work on it rests with another dev team. The good news is that we know the issue (half the battle). We are working on prioritizing the work, and I'm hoping that in the next couple months (at most), this will be fixed.

Poking you again Erica. I've reduced my activity on Q&A cause I'm tired of having to reboot Outlook. Is there any fix in sight? I believe you said you fixed this once before so a solution is at hand. Surely it wouldn't take long to fix?

Hi Donna,
Sorry about the slow response to this. As it's the end of the year and our engineers have been focused on shipping new products or major upgrades to products, unfortunately, this has gone to the back burner priority-wise. For an ETA, I would say sometime in Q1 would likely be your best bet.

Hey friends - We had this bug a while ago and fixed it, but likely our move to https caused it to happen again. We'll definitely get it taken care of, and in the meantime, sorry about the troubles!

Do you often get this - see image for loading popup in outlook.
As you have posted in product support someone at Moz will no doubt look into it - it has been like this for a few months for me, i originally thought it was just a firewall issue. but now looks a little more wider spread.

Yes does the same for me, web is fine.

This also applies for me everytime I click on a response from a moz post it locks up my outlook for a period of time before opening the preview etc.
I think it is due to an image issue on the responses - the user thumbnails being delivered from CloudFront are not showing and is trying to connect but fails taking some time. - it opens in browser fine.
Hope this helps - is it the same issue for everyone else?
Could it be due to the email trying to pull an image from a HTTPS source location?

It is the desktop client that is causing problems for me, so it must be a general problem.
Does anyone know how we get Moz to do something about it?

I'm having the same problem. Emails that publish to my Windows Outlook 365 inbox hang the application.

I've searched the Moz blog as well as Q&A forums - but I specifically have a question about utilizing the Moz Location in keywords vs including the location in the actual keyword phrase. I've done both and get different rankings. For instance, I have "it company" with the Location set to Corpus Christi, Texas and our rank is #3. Then I also have "it company corpus christi" with the Location set to Corpus Christi, Texas and our rank is #6. Additionally, I threw in "it company corpus christi" with the Location set to National and our rank is #7. What is the best practice and what are the determining factors for the differences? Will Removing or Disavowing Toxic Links Improve MOZ Domain Authority?
The vast majority of the 140 domains that link to our website are very low quality directories or and other toxic links. Only about 20-30 domains are not toxic (according to Link Research Tools confirmed by out manual inspection of these links). Would removing some of these links improve of MOZ Domain Rank? What if we cannot remove them, can NOZ detect a disavow file? In general would improving the ratio between good quality and poor quality links improve domain authority? Thanks,

Why is on-demand crawl reporting numbers that are very different than the regualr site crawl by Moz?
When I look at the site crawl available through my dashboard, it reports 22.9K pages crawled. I just ran a on-demand crawl and it is only reporting 6K pages crawled. Why is the number so much lower?

Why is Moz Crawling More Pages Than My Site Actually Has?
Hi I have a site that only has 5k pages but Moz has crawled 50K pages on the site when I initiated the site crawl. I don't exactly know why Moz is reporting me back so many pages but I was wondering why this is and if any of you out in the Moz community know anything about this. Thanks

Moz Crawler fails on the first page
Hi guys, Can anybody shed some light, I'm running a crawl on a client's website but it's failing on the homepage and not crawling any other pages. It appears to be throwing an 804: HTTPS (SSL) error and then terminating the crawl. Now, the page in question was serving up mixed content up until about 4 days ago, but has since been fixed. I read that we should wait at least 48 hours before initiating another crawl to avoid hitting a cached version - which I did, but it still appears to be having issues. Is there anything specific I can do to get around this issue? I'm on a trial account and this feature is one I'm keen to test, so there is a bit of a time constraint. Any help is greatly appreciated! Moz Temperature Widget
I've just tried to add the Moz temperature widget to my site (https) and it is getting blocked by Google Chrome for an incorrectly configured SSL certificate (apparently!) The widget embeds this page - https://mozcast.com/embed/yesterday/horizontal Which comes up with a security issue when visited in Chrome Do I need to wait for Moz to fix? Kind Regards Liam

Moz On-page is not working
My on-page is not working....I do have 3 keywords in the 1º position of Google.pt and the Moz is not reporting nothing....bug?

Rel Canonical and Moz Crawl
we have Rel Canonical tags set up on a few pages. When viewing the page source, the tags are correct. However, Moz Crawl results show the opposite. for example the page source, correctly shows, URL X with a Rel canonical Tag of URL Y
