Moz Forum Responses Crashing Outlook 365

Don't know if anyone else has this issue every time I get a forum response email and I try to open it it seizes up Outlook 365.
It totally crashes, all I can do is to kill the process and restart Outlook!!

Sorry for the delay in responding. I have a great news -- as of today, this bug for Q&A forum emails has been fixed. (Any emails timestamped now 1:20pm PDT and going forward.)
Unfortunately, this bug is also happening in Blog comment emails. The blog and Q&A systems are not tied together, and the development work on it rests with another dev team. The good news is that we know the issue (half the battle). We are working on prioritizing the work, and I'm hoping that in the next couple months (at most), this will be fixed.

Poking you again Erica. I've reduced my activity on Q&A cause I'm tired of having to reboot Outlook. Is there any fix in sight? I believe you said you fixed this once before so a solution is at hand. Surely it wouldn't take long to fix?

Hi Donna,
Sorry about the slow response to this. As it's the end of the year and our engineers have been focused on shipping new products or major upgrades to products, unfortunately, this has gone to the back burner priority-wise. For an ETA, I would say sometime in Q1 would likely be your best bet.

Hey friends - We had this bug a while ago and fixed it, but likely our move to https caused it to happen again.

Do you often get this - see image for loading popup in outlook.
As you have posted in product support someone at Moz will no doubt look into it - it has been like this for a few months for me, i originally thought it was just a firewall issue. but now looks a little more wider spread.

Yes does the same for me, web is fine.

This also applies for me everytime I click on a response from a moz post it locks up my outlook for a period of time before opening the preview etc.
I think it is due to an image issue on the responses - the user thumbnails being delivered from CloudFront are not showing and is trying to connect but fails taking some time. - it opens in browser fine.
Hope this helps - is it the same issue for everyone else?
Could it be due to the email trying to pull an image from a HTTPS source location?

It is the desktop client that is causing problems for me, so it must be a general problem.
Does anyone know how we get Moz to do something about it?

I'm having the same problem. Emails that publish to my Windows Outlook 365 inbox hang the application.

Moz Bar doesn't show any data and keeps asking me to log in when actually I'm logged in.
Hi all, I've been using Moz Bar for years. It ran well until about three weeks ago. It suddenly failed to show the DA and PA of sites that I open after I log in. And it keeps asking me to log in when I did. I tried to uninstall the Mozbar extension and reinstalled it several times. Nothing worked. I also tried to uninstall Chrome and clear the cookies, still, nothing changed. Did anyone experience this? How do you solve it and make it run on the track? Any information will be appreciated. Moz Crawl Report Increase in Errors?
Has anyone else noticed a huge increase over the past couple weeks in crawl issues in their dashboards? Without being able to see historical data week over week, I can't tell what's been added. Is this some update with the tool? I'm not seeing any health issues with this feature on the Moz Health page, it just seems strange that I'm seeing this across all our accounts.

Moz On-Page Grader doesn't pick up my Title, URL, Meta, H1, Body, IMG ALT's....does this mean Google won't?
Good morning, As my title says, 'Moz On-Page Grader doesn't pick up my Title, URL, Meta, H1, Body, IMG ALT's....does this mean Google won't?' My URL is www.refusedcarfinance.com and I'm currently targeting the Keyword 'bad credit car finance'. I am using Yoast SEO and have the keyword in my title, meta, content, h1's etc. Any advice would my much appreciated. Kindest regards, Joshua

My product pages have no weight / links from root domains with the Moz tool bar
Hi, When I view my home page (http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk) with the Moz toolbar, I see a good PA and a good amount of links from root domains. As I go down the site, it seems to get worse. The category pages (http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/Category/0/Straight_Foods.html) have a little but not much and then from this point onwards, it's nothing. The product page (http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/Item/Straight_Foods~Sunflower_Seeds/SUNH/Premium_Sunflower_Hearts.html) is reporting to have no root domain links but I am not sure why. Interestingly, when I click through to a review page (http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/StockReview/0/SUNH/0/Premium_Sunflower_Hearts.html) it does have some juice. Would anyone be able help on why this is happening and what I need to be looking at in order to resolve it please? EDIT: I've been looking at the hyperlinks and notice something odd. If I review the score with the first link below, it gives a score of 1, but the second gives a PA of 13 with one root domain linked. 1:http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/Item/Straight_Foods~Sunflower_Seeds/SUNH/Premium_Sunflower_Hearts.html 2:http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/Item/Straight_Foods%7ESunflower_Seeds/SUNH/Premium_Sunflower_Hearts.html Please note the "%7E" instead of the "~" in the URL. The browser appears to show the ~ character no matter what but the rank of the page changes. I don't understand what the Moz toolbar is doing with this. Moz Crawl Report showing non-existent Duplicate Errors since new reporting layout
Hi Moz Community, Since Moz changed to the new style of Crawl report, we've seen a jump in duplicate errors for our site. These duplicate errors do not exist and were not present on the Crawl reports before the report change and also we have not made any changes to the flagged pages on our site since then either. When you download the report data in csv it appears that the Moz report is mixing up data for two or more pages on the site. e.g.in csv for 'Page1' data, it will show the meta description for 'Page2' and 'Page2' shows that for 'Page1', so this then gets flagged as duplicate, however looking at the actual Meta description assigned onsite, both Page 1 and Page 2 are completely unique. Has anyone else experienced this and Moz Team - are you looking into this? Thanks, V

403 Error on WMT but not on MOZ?
Hello, 2 days ago I found there are about 1200 of 403 errors by Google WMT when I tried to fetch my domain - Please see attached HTTP/1.1 403 Access Forbidden Cache-Control: private Content-Type: text/html ETag: "" Server: Set-Cookie: ASPSESSIONIDSSBARTSD=BEHMJHJBKJOEJEALECNNIPFH; path=/; HttpOnly X-Powered-By: Date: Tue, 18 Feb 2014 13:54:10 GMT Content-Length: 1233 <title>403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.</title> Server Error <fieldset> 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied. </fieldset> I ran a complete report using MOZ but I was shocked not see any 4xx , 5xx errors. Google: 246 of 404 errors No Google, Yahoo or Bing blocking HTTP status code: ALL 200 301 redirect: none? I have done about 2500 over 4 years. The website is losing indexed pages. I'm not sure what's going and which numbers to trust. Please help. Thank you. Adam

Problems with Moz tools
Hello, I am having real problems with Moz tools. I can log in to Moz analytics (crawl diagnostics) and analyse one site and I get 2 [internal] duplicate page errors Yet when I enter via pro.moz.com (crawl diagnostics) I am finding over 100 duplicate page content warnings? Any idea why this is happening?
