GTLDs in Open Site Explorer

Curious to know if anyone has run into a similar problem - I entered a site containing a gTLD (.dog extensions) in OSE and it gave me an error (screenshot attached). I checked another tool (ahrefs.com) and was able to extract some data. Does anyone know if these type of domains are not included in OSE and/or why there was an error? Appreciate any insight!

We have run into this error time and time again. Unfortunately, OSE does not support New gTLD domain names. It's a "feature" that we've been asking for for a while (they've been out for two years now) and it's logical that OSE should support these domain names.
I understand that "they're working on it".

Open Site Explorer Showing Blank Screen
Hi Moz Community, When I go to search for backlinks for any site, I am getting a blank screen after starting the search. This is happening to every search I perform for any URL or root domain. Fresh Web Explorer daily mentions by email not working
Hi A few months ago I setup daily mentions from Fresh Web Explorer so I get alerts to when my site or my competitors site gets a new back link, and I did get an email in the first few weeks, but I haven't gotten once since. Today I check 1-2 of my competitors fresh links and they have gotten some in the last month, but I got no alerts. I have it setup like this

rd:competitor.com But now i'm thinking because technically "www" is a subdomain is that why I'm not getting any alerts, do I need to set it up with www and non www for each domain? ( if so that's going to eat to my limit pretty quickly, which would suck), or is there something else I'm missing? Thanks0 -
Why Open Site Explorer is Showing 0 Total Internal Links?
Open Site Explorer is reporting "0" value under "Total Internal Links" as well as "Internal Followed Links" metrics for my website. I have a good interlinking of pages throughout the site.
