Meta tags not being displayed for Mobile version of a blog even after the blog is indexed

I have updated the meta title and meta description for my blog. After updating the meta tags, blog URL was submitted in the webmasters and it has been crawled and indexed by Google but only for the desktop version and not for mobile version. Currently, meta tags are not being displayed for mobile version in Google. I have also checked with robots.txt file, there is no problem with this file. PFA screenshots for reference. Kindly help me out with this issue.

Hi Andy,
I believe nothing is blocking the access. You can refer this link: http://www.jagaha.com/robots.txt
Also, let me know if there is any other way to check if the access is not blocked.
Further, for desktop, fetch as Google was initiated on 12th Jan, 2017 and for mobile it was initiated on 15th Jan, 2017. Desktop version got updated in couple of days. However, mobile version is yet to be crawled.

Daft question perhaps, but are you sure nothing is blocking access as it seems to suggest in the screenshot?
When did you do the fetch as Google?

No index for http version of website
Hi, I've had a message from Google search console to say the sitemap for the http version of my site is tagged as no index. As the https version is indexed, do I need to change the http version to be indexed as well? Do I need to keep the http version of the site in search console alongside the https version, or should I remove it? Advice appreciated!

I seem to have about 10 ### tags in the sidebar. Should they be removed?
A plugin inserts H3 tags in sidebar 'read more' type links. They are tangentially related to the content (as the whole site is on ice hockey), but not directly related. Will Google think these are part of the content and be a little confused on the subject matter or is it smart enough to realize this is Sidebar material? Do I need to take action/be concerned? thanks

Rel Conical - Mobile page
I have two pages that have essentially the same content, same page title etc. however one is the mobile version of the other. Is it appropriate to use the rel canonical tag with these two pages? So the pages are: www.example.com/product www.example.com/mobile/product If rel canonical is not appropriate what, if anything should I do?

Is there any value in adding semantically similar words in the title tag? For instance, I have an alcohol rehab website www.alcohol-rehab.ltd.uk, I offer local search pages too. Would the title tag "Alcohol Rehab Bedfordshire | Alcoholic Rehabilitation Clinics Beds" Be more valuable than "Alcohol Rehab Clinics Bedfordshire | www.alcohol-rehab.ltd.uk" And is is worth while having the url in each title tag? Also is it worth while (seo wise) writing a description tag for each page, other than for a call to action that is?

Exponentially Increasing Duplicate Content On Blogs
Most of the clients that I pick up are either new to SEO best practices, or have worked with sketchy SEO providers in the past, who did little more than build spammy links. Most of them have deployed little if any on-site SEO best practices, and early on I spend a lot of time fixing canonical and duplicate content issues alla 301 redirects. Using SEOMOZ, however, I see a lot of duplicate content issues with blogs that live on the sites I work on. With every new blog article we publish, more duplicate content builds up. I feel like duplicate content on blogs grows exponentially, because every time you write a blog article, it exists provisionally on the blog homepage, the article link, a category page, maybe a tag page, and an author page. I have a two-part question: Is duplicate content like this a problem for a blog -- and for the website that the blog lives on? Are search engines able to parse out that this isn't really duplicate content? If it is a problem, how would you go about solving it? Thanks in advance!

Dublicate meta
Hello, we have many dublicate meta titles and descriptions. But it shouldn't be. dublicate examples: www.site.com/page-name.html www.site.com/Page-Name.html Mainly all dublicates are for capital letters. but we have in such urls canonical tag with lower case urls. So why google detects as dublicates? Need your advise urgent. Thanks
