Fresh Web Explorer

I'm constantly getting the 'Oops something went wrong!" notification when using fresh web explorer - I can usually get a handful of searches before this error pops up but when it does I find I can't search for anything for a couple of hours. This happens more frequently when I use "keyword".
Any suggestions on how to resolve?

Keyword Explorer shows wrong data
Hi all, Trying to figure out what is going on with the keyword explorer. All searches are made in the EN-US region. Example keyword: app localization

Moz shows me that volume is 0-10, which is Wrong. Actual volumes are in thousands per month. Another keyword - translation service

Keyword explorer and relevancy
Hello, In the keyword explorer when I group keywords by lexical similarity should I only choose keywords that have a high relevancy to my seed keyword (the one I typed and want to rank on ? Let me give you an example. Let's say my seed keyword (the one I want to rank on) is "Alsace bike tours. With the keyword explorer I group the keywords and find the group " cycling in Alsace" (ok I take that one because it relevant to "Alsace bike tours" then I find "Strasbourg to Colmar by bike" I also take this one because it is also relevant to "alsace bike tours" but what about concepts like "Alsace wine region", Alsatian architecture, wines of Alsace, cuisine of Alsace or prettiest villages in Alsace... should I totally dismiss those from my content because they aren't relevant to my keyword "Alsace bike tours" or is it ok to use them but it won't help me at all ? Turn off Pagination in Keyword Explorer results?
In the keyword suggestions of Keyword Explorer, is there a way to switch from paginated results back to results loading on one page? I used to be able to scroll down and have additional results load when I reached the end of the page.

Keyword Explorer Stuck
Is anyone else experiencing troubles with Keyword Explorer? We have several keyword lists and they keep getting frozen on "Gathering Metrics" for days, even if we had results for those particular keywords previously. Just curious to know if this is a pervasive problem and if there's some kind of an easy fix.

Fresh Web Explorer email alert subject
I need to know what the subject line of an email alert from Fresh Web Explorer will say. Our account email is a department-wide account that doesn't get checked regularly and receives hundreds of emails a day. I need to create a forwarding filter, so any unique identifiers for that email would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

Verified News Sources: A New Feature in Fresh Web Explorer Launched Today!
Hey gang - I wanted to mention a small update we've made to Fresh Web Explorer (I was the architect on this one). It enables you to filter your searches and/or your Alerts to show only those sources/domains we've observed in Google News. E.g. here's a search for GigaOm with news filtering on (180 results in the last 7 days) vs. the same search with news filtering off (1,811 results). It's mostly useful for folks who are getting overwhelmed by the quantity of mentions they see in FWE and Alerts (I was experiencing that myself with mentions for my name and Moz) and just want to filter to the most important/noteworthy stuff. It's not perfect - Google News does have some weird domains that show in there occasionally - but it's definitely a much better filter if you have a bigger brand or term/phrase you're watching.
