MozBar Issues? Can't get info even logged in
-
Anyone having issues with the Moz bar? Lately no matter how many times I log in, getting data is difficult as it keeps asking me to create an acct. or log in. Even logged into Moz and on Q&A it is asking me to log in.
THanks

Drat. In that case, please send us a message at help@moz.com with the details of what's going on, and we'll do our best to sort things out for you. There are a couple more troubleshooting steps we can try from there.
So sorry for the inconvenience!

Nope. I don't have cookies blocked. I also have no moz data in the toolbar. ;(

Glad that helped! Have a great rest of your day!

OK Fine. You are right and I hate it.
As I started to read, I went duhhhh. Yesterday I blocked third party cookies when I was testing something and forgot to change it.Thanks for the assist and double thumbs up to you!

Hi there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here — thank you for writing in and sorry about the trouble.
We do hear reports on this from time to time from our users.
One of the things we've discovered is that most of our users experiencing these issues have blocked all third party cookies in Chrome. Once we had them add an exception for moz.com that seemed to solve the remaining issues they were seeing.
That being said, would it be possible for you to check to see if this is the case for your version of Chrome? To do so, you'd just visit chrome://settings/content in your browser's bar, and then under the "Cookies" section - do you have the box next to "Block third-party cookies and site data"?
Here's an example.
If that box is checked, you can either un-check it and then click "done", or you will need to add an exception for moz.com by clicking the "Manage Exceptions" button just below it. The exception will need to specifically be formatted like this: [*.]moz.com.
Here's an example.
Once you've done that, please close the MozBar out completely, and then your browser out completely and then re-launch them and let us know if you're still having issues?
Thanks so much - sorry again for the inconvenience here!

Does MozPro SiteCrawl provide info on structured data for my domain?
I'd like to verify via SiteCrawl that my structured data is set up throughout my website/domain. Does the MozPro SiteCrawl look for this? I have seen reference to schema.org on some of my random ecommerce product pages, but that's all I know. Thanks.

Get keyword volume by US State
I'm trying to get keyword search volume per US state & not just country. I found an article on this but it's over 7 years old... https://moz.com/community/q/tool-for-local-keyword-research-by-us-state Am I blind and completely missing it? Is there a way I can do this? Thanks, everyone!

Are we actually getting accurate data on keyword volumes from Moz (or other sources)?
I have a client who does patio furniture repair and restoration. When performing keyword research in Moz for terms like "patio furniture repair" I see that only 11-50 people in the entire US are searching for this term according to the Moz data. However, running an Adwords campaign currently and our top keyword is the phrase match for "patio furniture repair" which has generated over 100 clicks in just a couple of months in ONE county. Is there a better way to research more accurate results on search volume estimates? This makes organic SEO and keyword targeting hard! Thanks, Ricky

Who and how does one get in Fresh Alerts?
Who and how does one get in Fresh Alerts? This is such a great tool! Thank, Moz! I would like to use this more often and to a better advantage. Can someone help me understand what criteria the tool uses to choose who it and what it picks up? Why would someone's personal family gathering turn up in my Moz Fresh Alerts("Minneapolis home buyers"? http://mydesultoryblog.com/2014/07/having-a-great-time-with-katelyn-and-drew-in-wayzata-mn/ My Desultory Blog Desultory thoughts on a variety of subjects … Having a great time with Katelyn and Drew in Wayzata, MN It seems completely random when and which of my blog posts show up in Moz Fresh Alerts. For example one that did ("Minneapolis real estate sellers"): "5 Critical Shifts in the Twin Cities Housing Market" http://www.homedestination.com/real-estate-blog/4-critical-shifts-in-the-twin-cities-housing-market Jeannie

Moz ranking report shows massive loss in Bing SERP's. But it is not the case?
My weekly ranking report shows massive loss of SERP's on Bing. For most keywords I was no longer in the top 50 which where first top 5. But when I checked it out for myself, I'm still ranked top 5 for these keywords. I then used the Moz Rank Tracker and there it also says I'm still ranking top 5 for these keywords. What should I believe now?

Why isn't seo moz properly crawling my site?
In my campaign results, only 2 pages have been crawled, when there are many more. Also, when I do the on-page evaluation for my homepage and the main keyword, I get a grade of F, with a ton of errors that my page actually does not have. It's as if SEO moz is having trouble crawling through my site. Any ideas on this?
