Anyone having issues with the Moz bar? Lately no matter how many times I log in, getting data is difficult as it keeps asking me to create an acct. or log in. Even logged into Moz and on Q&A it is asking me to log in.

OK Fine. You are right and I hate it.
As I started to read, I went duhhhh. Yesterday I blocked third party cookies when I was testing something and forgot to change it.Thanks for the assist and double thumbs up to you!

Hi there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here — thank you for writing in and sorry about the trouble.
We do hear reports on this from time to time from our users.
One of the things we've discovered is that most of our users experiencing these issues have blocked all third party cookies in Chrome. Once we had them add an exception for moz.com that seemed to solve the remaining issues they were seeing.
That being said, would it be possible for you to check to see if this is the case for your version of Chrome? To do so, you'd just visit chrome://settings/content in your browser's bar, and then under the "Cookies" section - do you have the box next to "Block third-party cookies and site data"?
Here's an example.
If that box is checked, you can either un-check it and then click "done", or you will need to add an exception for moz.com by clicking the "Manage Exceptions" button just below it. The exception will need to specifically be formatted like this: [*.]moz.com.
Here's an example.
Once you've done that, please close the MozBar out completely, and then your browser out completely and then re-launch them and let us know if you're still having issues?
Thanks so much - sorry again for the inconvenience here!

Limit MOZ crawl rate on Shopify or when you don't have access to robots.txt
Hello. I'm wondering if there is a way to control the crawl rate of MOZ on our site. It is hosted on Shopify which does not allow any kind of control over the robots.txt file to add a rule like this: User-Agent: rogerbot Crawl-Delay: 5 Due to this, we get a lot of 430 error codes -mainly on our products- and this certainly would prevent MOZ from getting the full picture of our shop. Can we rely on MOZ's data when critical pages are not being crawled due to 430 errors? Is there any alternative to fix this? Thanks

Moz Bar doesn't show any data and keeps asking me to log in when actually I'm logged in.
Hi all, I've been using Moz Bar for years. It ran well until about three weeks ago. It suddenly failed to show the DA and PA of sites that I open after I log in. And it keeps asking me to log in when I did. I tried to uninstall the Mozbar extension and reinstalled it several times. Nothing worked. I also tried to uninstall Chrome and clear the cookies, still, nothing changed. Did anyone experience this? How do you solve it and make it run on the track? Any information will be appreciated. So, every time I press log in on the Mozbar, it takes me to the Moz home page which I'm already logged in to but there is no change on the status of the Mozbar? What should I do to remedy this? Thanks!

How to change the search profiles in the new mozbar
Hi, I want to change the search profiles in the new mozbar, but clicking the + Add new profile does nothing. Is this a browser issue? I'm using chrome Version 35.0.1916.114 m Any light on this would be great because there's no point in me checking US results because my site is only geared towards UK customers, being a mortgage broker we can't target other countries except to cater for expats. Thanks, Amelia xx
