I have 100+ Landing Pages I use for PPC... Does Google see this as a blog farm?
-
I am currently using about 50-100 domains for geotargeted landing pages for my PPC campaigns. All these pages basically have the same content, I believe are hosted on a single unique ip address and all have links back to my main url. I am not using these pages for SEO at all, as I know they will never achieve any significant SEO value. They are simply designed to generate a higher conversion rate for my PPC campaigns, because they are state and city domains. My question is, does google see this as a blog/link farm, and if so, what should I do about it? I don't want to lose any potential rankings they may be giving my site, if any at all, but if they are hurting my main urls SEO performance, then I want to know what I should do about it.
any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi jfishe1988, could I ask - do you have analytics on these pages? In your initial question you suggest that the pages don't have any organic value but in responding to Alick you say that lots of them get organic rankings.
As a couple of broader points:
- Google has given conflicting advice about how low-quality links are treated, Gary Ilyes has said that low-quality links are just ignored (which makes sense as a way to negate negative SEO tactics) so this may not be something you need to worry about if you aren't relying on these 100 odd domains to channel link equity to the site you want to rank. However, John Mueller has said that the disavow file still has value, as I say - conflicting advice.
- If the only purpose of these landing pages is for hyper-targeted PPC and you don't want any link equity that is coming from them in case it poisons the main site, you could consider adding a nofollow tag to those pages. That should mean that Google ignores all links from those pages to your main site. It would insulate your main site from any link-network based penalties but it would also remove any benefits the main site might currently be getting due to any backlinks those domains have.

This doesn't really answer my question. I have ppc landing pages that all link to my main url. I guess my question is, should I disavow these links back to my home page? The landing pages are all set up on a different ip address than my main url. Lots of them get organic rankings. I don't want to noindex them. I'm just wondering if it would be best to nofollow the links back to my home domains.
Please help.

Hi,
Check PPCBossman reply in above post. I also follow the same for my PPC landing page.
Hope this helps.

Buying a blog that already has links and authority
Hello, I hope all are well and keeping safe. I am about to launch a brand new website and am looking to get a slight boost of links to get started. I looked on Fiverr, but realise that this may not be the best option. I have found a blog for sale that matches with a section of my niche. SO have a couple of questions: 1. Is it still worth buying blogs and doing a 301? 2. If yes, would it still work if i 301 these to a category of my main blog? 3. According the moz tool, it has a spam score of 2%, I am attaching an image of the spam score from moz. I am a bit lost and would appreciate any feedback on best practice or if anyone has tried something similar. Many thanks Shehzad O92dqn7

Best practice to preserve the link juice to internal pages from expired domain?
This question relates to setting up an expired domain, that already has quality links, including deep links to internal pages. Since the new site structure will be different, what's the best practice to preserve the link juice to these internal pages? Export all the internal pages linked to using majestic Seo/ ahrefs etc, and set these pages previously linked to? Or 301 redirect these pages to home page? I heard there's a Wordpress plugin that 301 redirects all the 404 errors successfully preserving all the potential link juice.

How Benefitial is Guest Blogging?
So my question is, if you are getting guest posts on sites with high Domain Authority, is it really that benefitial since the actual post will have a low page authority? Is just getting a post on a high domain authority that good?
