Is the Content Suggestions section under Page Optimization a TF-IDF Analysis?

If you start a campaign in Moz, go to page optimization, enter a URL and keyword, and go to the bottom where it says "Content Suggestions" is that basically do a TF-IDF analysis? I want to make sure I understand how that works. Thanks!

Those Content Suggestions are there to show you how other sites are linking (and what anchor text they're using) to rank well.
The anchor text is the phrase that site used to link to themselves, so we're suggesting you optimize your content for similar keywords in order to compete in the rankings with those terms.

My page cant be crawled by MOZ
Hi everyone, I have a page named zita.vn. Im using Moz to do SEO for the page, but when I use On-page grader in MOZ, I got an error that the page cant be accessed. Additionally, I got an issue with page crawling. Google search still crawl my page normally. Please help. Thanks a lot.

Keyword used 2389 times in page
in the "on page grader" tool I get that the keyword appears 2389 times. I'ave searched for it in the developer console, thinking it might be due to invalid HTML - but the number it's appearance is no near to 2389. Can any one help me figure out why is this so? the page is http://naamanewman.co.il/photosGalleryID.aspx?id=34

Moz is finding phantom pages
I suddenly have 4xx errors in my crawl diagnostics because pages with “/%3C/div” added to the end of the URL that are linked from the normal page can't be found. I didn't create the pages, and they don't exist, but Moz thinks that they do. I went back through to see if any changes in WordPress, theme or plugins versions might be the cause, but this is the only site that I have this issue, so I don't think that is it. Does anyone have an idea what causes this?

Perplexed by last MOZ crawling duplicate content errors

Duplicate Page Title query in the PRO Campaign tool
Can someone help me on this. I am seeing duplicate page titles on the PRO Campaign Crawl tool on an ecommerce site for example MOZ is saying that these two pages have a duplicate page title: http://www.cheapsnapframes.co.uk/colour-25mm-snap-frames/25mm-green-snap-frame/a0-traffic-green-snap-frame-25mm/prod_1730.html http://www.cheapsnapframes.co.uk/snap-picture-poster-frames/colour-25mm-snap-frames/green-25mm-snap-frame/a0-traffic-green-snap-frame-25mm/prod_1730.html They are the the same product in two categories. When I view the source of both pages the this link is the same in the meta: <link rel="<a class="attribute-value">canonical</a>" href="[http://www.cheapsnapframes.co.uk/colour-25mm-snap-frames/25mm-green-snap-frame/a0-traffic-green-snap-frame-25mm/prod_1730.html](view-source:http://www.cheapsnapframes.co.uk/colour-25mm-snap-frames/25mm-green-snap-frame/a0-traffic-green-snap-frame-25mm/prod_1730.html)" /> So is there something else I need to have done to erradicate this or is it not an issue? Rank Checker Replacement Suggestions?
We have used SEObook’s Rank Checker Firefox Plug-in when running one off rank reports. Do you have any suggestions for a replacement (either free or paid) that would not run on our own IP? Some hosted type solution. Again this is for one off rank reports for sets of key phrases. NOT ongoing week to week or day to day rank tracking.
