The useragent is: rogerbot

Hi Kristina,
Thank you for your answer.
Currently to protect our site from being hacked we need your user agent to add it into our whitelisted, so you will be able to crawl our website.
Regards,
Phuong.

Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here.
When our crawler attempts to access your site, we are running into this error: http://screencast.com/t/CmprKKb7a "403 Forbidden".
This normally means that you're blocking us on a server level. When I ran your site in a header checker I was able to see a 200, but when I curled your site from our servers it returned a 403.
The bummer here is that I can't do anything on the support side to fix this.
This 403 error is coming directly from your server, so at this point the best thing to do will be to send this information to your web dev. They'll need to make sure our crawler (rogerbot) is whitelisted, so our tools can start working hard for you.
As always, you can contact our team on issues like this in the future by emailing help@moz.com, but hopefully this helps point you in the right direction towards a solution here.
Thank you,
-Kristina -
I'm seeing a 403 response for your website:

there is a possiblity of this issue is due to TLD, as i believe Moz crawler do not support to all TLDs as of yet. this could be the only reason comes to my mind. However, i reckon to raise a suppert ticket for more certian answer for this.

Maybe you've set a number of threads too high and pause between requests too low? Some hosts will block IPs that send too many requests. How much is too many depends on your host.

Can building quality links on internal pages help us to improve DA?
Dear expert,
Moz Bar | | jhfdbeaob
I hope that you all are fine 🙂
Today, I am very confused about improving DA of my client website. For example: He has a domain www.abc.com
and he wants me to build a backlinks on different internal pages like
www.abc.com/service-1
www.abc.com/service-2
www.abc.com/service-3 If i build high quality links on internal pages (service pages) rather than building links on main domain (home page). Does the Domain Authority will increase
OR
I have to build links on Main page to boost the DA I am hoping a positive reply from your side Thanks1 -
Cannot crawl website with redirect intalled on subdomain url
Hi! I want to crawl this website : http://www.car-moderne.ch. I tried a got back the crawl just for that one url (not for all the pages of the website). This single line cvs says that the status of the http://www.car-moderne.ch is 200, but in fact it is a redirect 301 to http://www.car-moderne.ch/fr where the live home page is (actually the Moz bar sees the 301, not the 200 as the single-lined crawl does). How can I proceed in this case (a 301 redirect being installed on the subdomain url) to still be able to have a full-fledged juicy cvs with all the broken links, duplicate content, etc. Thank you for your help! Re On-Page Grader
One of the pages I'm trying to optimise is achieving an 'A' grade, however all the ticks are black not green as I've seen on other page grade. Why is this? Help much appreciated. Thanks

Is there a tool that works like crawl test that allows more than 3000 pages?
I enjoy using crawl test inside moz but I need to find a way to crawl all the pages on a site. It would probably be in the neighborhood of 10,000 urls. Does anyone know of a free tool and if not is there a paid tool that will do this?

Keyword research in Moz - Am I missing something?…
I'm fairly new at SEO and am still trying out MOZ. I'm finding myself wishing that Moz had a broader set of tools for keyword research, but am wondering if maybe I'm just missing something. Am I correct in saying that there is no place within Moz that you can get keyword ideas, select/organize keywords, find new/related keywords? I've appreciated the keyword difficulty tool and have played around with Moz Analytics keyword tracking, but these don't help with the broader keyword research aspect. The various tutorials talk about using Google AdWords Keyword Planner and other tools to do that job. But with all that Moz can do, it just seems backwards to do lots of copying-pasting from other tools into Moz, or to have to rely on old excel spreadsheets to organize keywords. It seems that life would be much easier if Moz would be able to pull that kind of external research information in, like Raven does. That way you do most of your research within Moz – allowing you to organize/evaluate potential keywords BEFORE choosing the ones you would like to test for difficulty or track. That way you could simply select the desired keywords and add them to your tracked list. The way it is now, even the one research tool that Moz does have (keyword difficulty) does not allow for an easy way to track or manage a chosen set of keywords. For example, after doing some keyword difficulty analysis, I've chose 5 keywords. To add these 5 to the tracked keywords in a specific campaign I can't just select them and say "track keywords > in xxx campaign". From what I've understood, I must copy-and-paste them into the manage keyword section of the desired campaign. To me this all feels a bit awkward. But since I'm new at this, maybe I'm just missing something? Or maybe it's unrealistic to expect a single tool to address all my SEO needs?

Crawl Report Internal Links Count
We recently ran a crawl report on www.phase1tech.com. Some of the pages are coming back with a large amount of 'internal links'. These 2 pages for example are showing 800 internal links: http://www.phase1tech.com/Upcoming-Events
Moz Bar | | AISEO
http://www.phase1tech.com/Contact At best there are approximately 70 links on the page. Where is the 800 number coming from?0 -
Why still the moz index showing "Next Update on August 26, 2013"?
I have been waiting to see the updated authority metrics from Opensiteexplorer.org. But still it is showing old data. and showing "next index update: August 26, 2013" as the date is 27th August today. Is there any delay in update?
