The latest SEOmoz search ranking factors report I seem to find is dated 2011 http://www.seomoz.org/article/search-ranking-factors - any plans for an updated version at all?

Wow that's very exciting to hear, many thanks for the update Peter.
I can't imagine how much data he has been sifting through since his 2011 report. His next report will likely have a profound effect on how SEO's steer their departments.

Dr. Matt Peters presented some preliminary data at SMX Advanced today (6/11) and will be presenting more data at MozCon next month. I'm not sure when the full report will go out, but it should happen yet this summer.

The short answer is: Yes
We're actually working on collecting the data for a 2013 report, but we don't have a firm ETA at this point. One of our new team members on Data Science is almost full-time on ranking factors - it's a project we take very seriously. Every time we do it, though, it gets a bit harder and more complicated.

Is The Moz Community Rankings broken?
Not as active as I would have liked recently but still visit and login, answering a question now and again, yet I can see my profile is still listed as unranked. until recently I was somewhere around 45-49 and have been for many years - the criteria appears to be what it has for the last ten years or so. I see people with lower moz points outranking members with far more points. I can even see one with 0 points now appearing in the top 50 so my question is - is the moz community rankings broken or have I missed something? I know once before I pointed it out and it had to be fixed...input from all welcome 🙂

Backlink From Different Language Sites Will Spoil My Ranking?
Hi there! Excited to joining this community. The main question is that if I get backlinks from different language sites then that backlink will be worthy or non-worthy in the eye of search engine? I know if I target international market by presenting my content in different languages then of course it will be worthwhile for me. But what will be happened if I do not represent content in different languages on my site but get the backlines from other language sites such as: Chinese, Russian or any other? Also I have seen many sites which are getting backlinks from different language sites and they are just getting high authority. Is there any expert?

Trying to rank my personal business website
Hi, Guys I run a small company in england. I've been constantly ripped off by other seo companies. Im have my 1st child and really cannot afford the cost of a company to do this. I have just joined SEO mom look like a really great platform. Is there any advice on how i can rank my website. I am willing to put the time in myself and can devote late nights to try and succeed. I changed the {Site Name} of our domain by capitalizing a letter. 48 hours later our SEO rankings are bad. How long does it take to rebound our prior rankings. The {site name} was at the end of every page title.
I changed the {Site Name} of our domain slightly and capitalized a letter. The impact 48 hours later on SEO is really, really bad. How long does it take to recapture our prior rankings and should I change the site name back to the original? The {site name} was at the end of every page title. Thanks for any help/advice on this. We worked so hard to get our business on the first page for many keywords and "POOF" we are gone now.

Title Suggestions for my New Book?
Hi mozzers, I'm busy writing an ebook that's going to be published around July time. The book focuses on SEO and Social Media with it culminating in a look at how they are becoming more and more overlapped. The book is going to be targeting traditional business people who have very little (or no) inbound marketing experience. Any thoughts for a title would be great! How does SEOMoz create its graphics ? :)
This is definitely bit off-topic though could not resist asking it... I am in love with graphics (images) SEOmoz creates for its trainings I would like to know what software/tool is used to create them I am an educator myself and my students will love to learn from such engaging pictures rather boring text.

Not counting seomoz or Distilled, what are your top3 SEO blogs you wouldchoose to read if you had a hard limit of 3 total?
Recently on Q&A, Petra weighed in with a link tool site that had completely missed my radar. My problem is lack of time. I don't have enough of it to readthe2 dozen+ SEO blogscurrently in my RSS feed I would like to tobe able to read to stay current. So I end up only reading at the moz. I'm hoping the collective wisdom of the SEOmoz crowd will shine forthand set me on the road of pursuit of new knowledge with the best of the best blogs
