Moz claims we have meta noindex but we don't

Hi, I'm encountering an issue where moz scan says we have meta noindex, but I have confirmed across several of our pages that this simply isn't true. I have confirmation that the below tag is present:
name="robots" content="index, follow" />
I also verified our https header through https://www.webconfs.com/http-header-check.php and see nothing indicating that we are sending any no index headers.
Why would the crawler report this when it doesn't seem to be the case? Let me know if I need to provide more information.

Inaccurate results in MOZ Rank Tracker
Hello, We recently ran a test on Rank Tracker and got a result indicating that the page in question was in position #17. We did a manual check on a Google USA SERP for the query, and found that we weren't in results where the tool had indicated. Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this discrepancy? Also, is this even something to worry about, does google treat them differently? We're using the Page Optimisation Tool in Moz Pro ** UPDATE ** It's worth mentioning we are using emberjs, so the website is a single page application.

Rank Tracker won't update rank
Hi all, Is anybody else having trouble with Rank Tracker this morning? It doesn't want to play with me today. It just hangs when the update rank button is clicked. They all go orange/amber and think about it for a while but never update. Any ideas?

Moz Crawler not Identifying all Duplicate Pages

Why'd Moz stop showing the list of users?
Curious to know if anyone else noticed that Moz stopped showing most of the active community users http://moz.com/community/users. It was nice to see who's who from visiting profiles and try to connect with them via email or see their websites, etc. There used to be pagination at the bottom. Why did they stop?

How do you stop Moz crawling a page?
Hello, I have a contact form which generates thousands of duplicate crawl errors. I'm going to use to block Google indexing these pages. Will this also block MOZ from crawling these pages and displaying the error? Thanks!
