Rank Tracker won't update rank

Hi all,
Is anybody else having trouble with Rank Tracker this morning? It doesn't want to play with me today.
It just hangs when the update rank button is clicked. They all go orange/amber and think about it for a while but never update. Any ideas?

It's just started working again around 15 minutes ago for me. I do need to take advantage of the Moz Analytics campaigns, I'll set one up.

Hi Jamie. The tool seems to be working for me. To better track rank over the long term you could put those terms into an Moz Analytics campaign. Cheers!

Moz Bar doesn't show any data and keeps asking me to log in when actually I'm logged in.
Hi all, I've been using Moz Bar for years. It ran well until about three weeks ago. It suddenly failed to show the DA and PA of sites that I open after I log in. And it keeps asking me to log in when I did. I tried to uninstall the Mozbar extension and reinstalled it several times. Nothing worked. I also tried to uninstall Chrome and clear the cookies, still, nothing changed. Did anyone experience this? How do you solve it and make it run on the track? Any information will be appreciated. Problem Downloading Crawl Error Report PDF's

When I first setup the account, I was able to run a competitive analysis. Since that date, this report has not updated. How can I initiate or request another competitive analysis without starting a new account?

Rank tracker not showing proper rankings.
Just joined MozPro and pretty amazed at all of the info and tools it contains. However I was playing around with the rank tracker and just to test it I put in a keyword and a URL I can clearly see that is ranking #2 for the keyword. Went I ran it through it said that domain wasn't ranked in the top 50. Tried it again and made sure to put in "http://www." and then it said it was #50. I can clearly see it is #2 for the keyword. Wondering if I am doing something wrong?

Hi All Would anybody be able to shed light on how to interpret the key word difficulty tool ratings / rankings: E.g. What is considered easy v hard? How long does it take to rank for a word that has a score of 60% v 40% etc? Kind Thanks....
