Mozbar SERP Control Panel Help: Export Results Option Not Available

Hi everyone. For some strange reason, the "Export" option is no longer appearing in my SERP Control panel when trying to export results from the SERP Overlay. It worked fine before SEOMoz changed over to Moz, but now the option is no longer available. Is there something I can do to restore this feature?

Page Title "Untitled Document" with mozbar

Hi, I'm working on a big news website (in tourism) and, when checking my homepage with mozbar, I often get: "My Title • Untitled Document" - 69 characters With no apparent reason, If I refresh the page or simply visit it later, it could randomly switch to the "normal" title: "My Title" - 44 characters It looks like completely random to me, like something more is loaded in the first case. I've checked my source code of course, and <title>tag seems to be ok with no other <title> even when I get the "untitled document". I have no idea about that. I don't know if that can be a useful info, but I was trying to understand why the majority of my main keywords searches are only showing other pages (I can rarely find my homepage) even though my home looks correctly indexes and shows as first result for every site: research. Hope everything's is clear....any idea or suggestions? Thank you in advance. </title>

Newsletter Optimization Help - Anyone know someone?

Hi Moz'ers! I am looking for some help and possibly a referral. My organization has a massive newsletter, 180k subscribers but the performance of the newsletter has been decreasing over the past couple of years with a really poor CTR. I am looking for someone to help optimize and provide recommendation on how we can better the newsletter performance again. We are in the international education and travel business, primary audience is college students within the US/UK/AUS. If anyone has a recommendation of an agency or consultant specializing in newsletters optimization, that would be amaze-balls!

Keyword stuffing on a shop Brand Collection Pages - would schema.org Microdata helps?

I'm setting up a Shop for a customer and have few questions about Brand Collection Pages in General. I create collection pages for the main Vendors & Designers and since I add their Brand Names on their products I have more than 40 times the Brand name on one Collection Page. When I run Moz On-Page Optimization I get a „B“ classification since Keyword stuffing for the Brand name. I put the Product Informations (brand-name, product-name, product-price) into Schema.org - Microdata and I‘m just curious what is the best practice. Don‘t using the Brand name when using Brand collection pages, using Microdata only on the product page since there starts the conversion, using Micordata whenever it is possible, doesn't matter since the overall sense of a Collection Pages is to have a lot duplicated Brand names per Page. I honestly have no idea but I just believe that Google or other search engines would appreciate if I categorize it as a Product including Brand-name and price. The other Point is, on the Collection Page I just show the Product Details when the User hover over the Image. As far as I understand, Microdata should be visible. Just showing something when hovering over an Image is that visible or not ? Or in other words, does it makes sense to use Microdata in this case? I just guess Yes since it is not totally hidden. This particular Band Name in my case is „L‘Agent“. For whatever reason Moz don‘t understand the apostrophe in L‘Agent and I get the recommendation to use the exact Keyword in the Title, what I already doing. Why doesn't OSE show results from sites like Wikipedia, YouTube, Twitter, etc.?

I know OSE used to provide link data from these domains. But I have been doing link profile lookups on sites that I know have links from these domains - and they don't show up in my results. Just to make sure, they don't even show up when I sort the sites by domain authority.

Open Site Explorer results vs. Google Webmaster Tools results

I've been comparing the links to my domain that OSE and GWT show and GWT shows many more links than OSE. Can anyone explain the difference? Does Google report no follow links that OSE does not?

Why are we not ranking? We have done all we can think of. Can you help?

We have an old domain that we have had for years now. And recently. December, we completely redesigned the site, I mean a complete overhaul, design, architecture, asp to php for example. Resubmitted to google via webmaster with a new site map etc. Our website for reference is www.completeoffice.co.uk. We are trying to rank in UK google, www.google.co.uk, for the term office refurbishment kent (we are on page 2) and office refurbishment (we are on page 17). This is confusing me, because thats 7 pages lower than we were originally, before the site design, its better seo wise, duplicate content is none, title tage meta tags all correct, domain authority has doubled from 12 to 24 in a few months all in an effort to rank better. our homepage and office refurb pages both got an A on the on page SEOmoz tool test. So we dont understand why we are not ranking highly. It seems sites, much uglier and less seo friendly than our with same or lower domain authority are ranking at least 10 pages higher than us. Why is this? Can anyone help or give us a few suggestions. All help greatly appreciated. SEOmozzers.
