Issues adding keywords to MOZ analytics
-
Hi All
I've started a couple of campaigns in MOZ Analytics, one accepts keywords the other looks like it does but doesn't actually add them..
I'm pasting a group of keywords, about 30, all separated with comma's. Doing exactly the same to one account that congratulated me straight away and added them to the list below, yay!
The other shows the spinning wheel for a few seconds and does nothing further, I've waited a good 24 hours and they keywords have not appeared.
Any help appreciated!
Thanks

Hi, Abe, thanks for recommending the work around. I am just adding over 300 KWs in batches by 20. However it seems there is another issue - the list of keywords shows first 100 keywords only even though there is already 330 keywords on the list. In other words, I have copied and pasted 330 KWs (in batches by 20). So it says " 20 of 350 keywords available for all campaigns." but according to the keyword list there is 100 KWs only. I am new to MOZ and to be honest quite confused so far.
Thanks for your help.

Hello Hugo, Abe here at Moz. Sorry for the hassle here. If you enter less than 20 keywords at a time, this will work. We are adding messaging to the Keyword manager shortly, thanks to feedback just like this, so thank you so much for writing in! You rock!

What is the difference between Keywords Lists and Keywords Labels?
What is the difference between Keywords Lists and Keywords Labels - Aren't they both just ways to create logical keyword groups? Also, what does the Tracked label imply - If a keyword is added to a "keyword list" does it also automatically get tracked?

Limit MOZ crawl rate on Shopify or when you don't have access to robots.txt
Hello. I'm wondering if there is a way to control the crawl rate of MOZ on our site. It is hosted on Shopify which does not allow any kind of control over the robots.txt file to add a rule like this: User-Agent: rogerbot Crawl-Delay: 5 Due to this, we get a lot of 430 error codes -mainly on our products- and this certainly would prevent MOZ from getting the full picture of our shop. Can we rely on MOZ's data when critical pages are not being crawled due to 430 errors? Is there any alternative to fix this? Thanks

How do you use Moz to research related topics?
Like most of the folks here I'm a pretty big fan of the content that comes out through Whiteboard Fridays, and I try to apply the things I learn, but one of the WBF videos that I'm following along with does not do a stellar job of detailing execution using Moz KW Explorer. https://moz.com/blog/related-topics-in-seo-whiteboard-friday Now granted, this came out in 2016, but I still feel the core principle and strategy results in a higher quality piece of content and is still relevant to discovering and understanding searcher task completion requirements, and drafting content that fulfills those requirements. Towards the end Rand sort of mentions that you'll be able to do this with KW explorer, but I'm not really seeing the functionality. The steps I followed were to enter in the keyword in kw explorer, went to keyword suggestions, and selected "based on closely related topics" and ran it, but received no suggestions - came up blank. I then selected "based on broadly related topics" and the same thing happened. I tried this out with the keyword r22, keeping it very broad to start but that didn't seem to work. So what do you all do to perform this sort of research within Moz? Or do you even feel it's relevant in today's Rank Brain driven world?

Moz says "Title Too Long", Yoast says title is the perfect length. Who's right?
For a bunch of my pages, the MOZ Crawl Report says "Title Too Long". Yoast on my site tells me that the titles are the correct length. How can these two things be at odds with each other? Which one is right?

Moz Rank Tracker - showing deleted subdomains results for entered keywords
We have recently deleted subdomains because they were causing duplicate page errors but now the Moz rank tracker is showing the subdomain key word results even instead of the exact url we entered. So for example wine cellar is showing up for a deleted subdomain (winecellar.vigilantinc.com) instead of the entered exact url of (vigilantinc.com/winecellars/) Please advise. Thanks!

Google Analytics Connection Failing
Hi there, I am trying to use MOZ Analytics but it keeps saying our Google Analytics has lost connection, if I then reconnect it says it is successful and then when I go to a new page it says it has no connection again. Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone have a fix? Thanks Peter

Are MOZ Analytics dashboards available for other timeframes than the week just gone?
Hi Guys, We're wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to get moz analytics dashboard reports for timeframes other than just the last week? When we view the dashboard report, under the heading there is a 'timeframe' dropdown, however it only ever shows us the previous week as an option. Would be great if anyone knows if this is available now / soon? Cheers, Camille@Trilogy
