In crawl report from moz I have noticed in link analysis report that one of the links has http status 1. There are also links which has 9 and there is also a link which has no number but --

Can somebody please enplane what it stand for?

Hi Iris,

If you're sure about it sounds like a bug in the crawl reports. I've never heard anything about a HTTP Status code of 1 or 9 and as far as I know they start at 100+. You might want to report this via help@moz.com.

Domain Authority Dropped from 13 to 1

What's the best way to eliminate "429 : Received HTTP status 429" errors?

My company website is built on WordPress. It receives very few crawl errors, but it do regularly receive a few (typically 1-2 per crawl) "429 : Received HTTP status 429" errors through Moz. Based on my research, my understand is that my server is essentially telling Moz to cool it with the requests. That means it could be doing the same for search engines' bots and even visitors, right? This creates two questions for me, which I would greatly appreciate your help with: Are "429 : Received HTTP status 429" errors harmful for my SEO? I imagine the answer is "yes" because Moz flags them as high priority issues in my crawl report. What can I do to eliminate "429 : Received HTTP status 429" errors? Any insight you can offer is greatly appreciated! Thanks,

Low KDS but high DA for all page 1 sites

Hi there A KDS report question... My client has a keyword with a low KDS (garden hose - 28). Intuitively this seemed too low, and when I checked what ranks, it is all high quality brand sites with high DAs. Admittedly the specific pages ranking have low PAs, but I can't see my client ever being able to compete with these big boys right now. How come the KDS is so low? This seems just wrong as the metric implies it is a good keyword to target - I know there are always lots of other things to check, but this does make me less confident with KDS reporting Anyone got any thoughts on this? 1 page crawled ... and other errors

1. Why is only one (1) page crawled every second time you crawl my site? 2. Why do your bot not obey the rules specified in the robots.txt? 3. Why does your site constantly loose connection to my facebook account/page? This means that when ever i want to compare performance i need to re-authorize, and therefor can not see any data until next time. Next time i also need to re-authorize ... 4. Why cant i add a competitor twitter account? What ever i type i get an "uh oh account cannot be tracked" - and if i randomly succeed, the account added never shows up with any data. It has been like this for ages. If have reported these issues over and over again. We are part of a large scandinavian company represented by Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. The companies are also part of a larger worldwide company spreading across England, Ireland, Continental Europe and Northern Europe. I count at least 10 accounts on Seomoz.org We, the Northern Europe (4 accounts) are now reconsidering our membership at seomoz.org. We have recently expanded our efforts and established a SEO-community in the larger scale businees spanning all our countries. Also in this community we are now discussing the quality of your services. We'll be meeting next time at 27-28th of june in London. I hope i can bring some answers that clarify the problem we have seen here on seomoz.org. As i have written before: I love your setup and you tools - when they work. Regretebly, that is only occasionally the case!

1 week has passed: Crawled pages still N/A

Roughly one week ago I went pro, and then I created a campaing for the smallish webshop that I'm employed at, however it doesn't seem to crawl. I've check our visitors log and while we find other bots such as google, bing, yandex and so fourth, seomoz bot hasn't been visible. Perhaps I'm looking for a normal useragent, ohwell, onwards. While I thought it might take time, as a small test I added a domain that I've owned for sometime but don't really use, that target site is only 17 pages, now this site was crawled almost within the hour, and I realised that our ~5000pages on the main campaing would take some time, but wouldn't the initial 250 pages be crawled by now? I should add, that I didn't add http:// to the original Campaing, but the one that got crawled I did. I cannot seem to change this myself inorder to spot if that's the problem or not. Anyone has any ideas, should I just wait or is there something I can activly do to force it to start rolling?

Links (external and total) have significantly decreased in 1 month from August to October - why?

Greetings, After comparing a few stats in one of my campaigns, I noticed that External Followed Links, Total External Links, and Total Links significantly decreased from August 29th to when I just checked them a few days ago (October 3). Any ideas on why this happened? For example, Total External Links went from 50,589 to 39,203. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance! Jenny

Have been pro member for 1 month+ now, but 0 on page report

Currently i have a campaign running for 1 month+ now, it has 42 registered keywords and 40 of them already hit the top 50 (11 of them on top 10), but after i waited for 1 month , the on page report still 0 (yup not even 1 keyword) whats wrong? Please help I have 2 campaigns, the one in question is for http://ikt.co.id
