Is it possible to download the data in my Moz analytics for use in Excel? I'm specifically after the data behind the graphs in the Links section. I don't see a way to download this...

Hi,

I don't think the download option is available but the data you're looking for is available to download via Open Site Explorer.

Hello, I work for an online retailer and I have been using Moz for a few weeks now but have had limited success so I wanted to ask how I could better spend my time on this platform. I have been focusing heavily on the Page Optimization tool which has allowed me to rank high on the Google Shopping's Free Listings but it seems to have had little to no impact on the Google All search itself over those weeks. Perhaps I'm not utilizing it properly? I tend to focus on relevant keywords with high volume as identified by the Keyword Explorer tool. Alternatively, is there a Moz tool that might be more helpful? Changing the Moz Crawl Date

Hello, I am wondering where I can change the date of Crawl by Moz. I would like to change this crawl period from one week to 2 or even 3 weeks for Moz to crawl my website. Hope to hear from anyone soon. Kind regards, Koen.

Moz unable to crawl my Zenfolio website

Hey guys, I am attempting to optimize a website for my wife's business but Moz is unable to crawl it. Zenfolio is the web hosting service (she is a photographer). The error message is: **Moz was unable to crawl your site on Apr 1, 2019. **Our crawler was not able to access the robots.txt file on your site. This often occurs because of a server error from the robots.txt. Although this may have been caused by a temporary outage, we recommend making sure your robots.txt file is accessible and that your network and server are working correctly. Typically errors like this should be investigated and fixed by the site webmaster. Read our troubleshooting guide. I did read the troubleshooting guide but nothing worked. My robots.txt file disallows a few bots, but not roger bot. Anyone have any idea what is going on? Or do I need to request server logs from Zenfolio? Thanks

Moz only crawling one page of a campaign, please help

Today I set up a new campaign for a client, however the crawl has only found the home page and is saying that the URL is unavailable. The site is definitely live and the URL is correct. I have set up the campaign 3 times one with the full address (http://www.) one with www. and with just the domain name. All three of these have come page with one page crawled and "unavailable" above the URL. It is picking up the crawl issues on the page and showing domain authority but I don't know why it's not crawling other pages. Prior to setting up the campaign I did a site crawl and Moz found everything then, so I don't know why it isn't now. Please help. Thanks

Moz can't crawl my site.

Moz cannot carry out the site crawl on my online shop. Not really sure what the issue is, it has no problem getting onto my site when you use www. before the address, but it needs to be able to access bluerinsevintage.co.uk Stuck as what to do, we are a shopify store. Anyone else had this problem, or know what i need to change so they can crawl the site? thjis is the page they are getting when trying to get on bluerinsevintage.co.uk but if they use www.bluerinsevintage.co.uk the site comes up. Does Moz provide more than just the SEO Tool?

We've received a lot of good info about our website using the Moz analytic tools but I'm curious to know if Moz provides consulting services on how to implement changes based on the data. Basically, Moz gave me the "what", I need some direction on the "how" and does Moz have the in house capabilities to assist with the "who" can do the actual work.
