Error's while trying to upload listings

Moz Local continues to tell me there are errors with the excel document i'm uploading. So as told I saved it as a .csv and tried to close out and it a notice continues to comes saying " This workbook contains features that will not work or may be removed if you save it in the selected file format. Do you want to continue? " both options don't close the document and I can't close the document without losing the work i've done. What do I do?

Sorry about that Patrick! Send the cvs with the description of your errors to help@Moz.com and we will help you get that uploaded. Usually we can figure this out pretty quickly.

Can I add all three branch locations of a small credit union to one Moz local listing, and if not, is it worth it to pay for three different local listings with MOZ?

Adding Moz local listing for a small credit union with only three branches. I am doing this to update their information across the web, but do not want to have to create three separate spread sheets and / or pay for three separate listings. Is there a way to add all three branches to one listing? If not, is it worth the expense and does it help or hurt if you add three separate listings with the same name and phone number but three different addresses. We also do not want to set up more than one Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc, accounts.

My crawl is only crawling only the 1st page. What’s going wrong?

When I crawl the website kmtstore.com usiing the moz tool , it crawls the product urls only the fist page and skips the rest of the products on the remainaing pages . Here are the produclist page urls which has the products on many pages but on crawling only the 1st page products show up . My listings have shown 'Update in Progress" for over a month now. Any timeframe for how long this process takes?
