PDF Report Generation Lag

Hello,
I've attempted to generate a PDF Report several times, however I consistently get stuck on the "PDF generation in progress" and nothing happens, even after over an hour of waiting. Please advise.

Hi Maureen - sadly, I suspect this has to do with the DDoS attacks we've been facing all weekend (and we're still recovering). A piece published in the NYTimes (http://bits.blogs.nytimes.com/2014/06/19/tally-of-cyber-extortion-attacks-on-tech-companies-grows/) apparently enraged the attackers and they hit us very hard all through Friday-Sunday.
I believe the PDF report export should be working very soon. If it isn't by tonight, please email our help team - help@moz.com - and they can assist.

I'm checking keyword difficulty for two different sites. Would love to view the results by site instead of just one large list. Is that possible? Or would it just be easier to keep the lists separate in Excel and just import when I want an updated report?
I have keyword lists for two sites. Is there a way to label them in the keyword difficulty tool (List A, List B) so I can just view results for a particular site? Or do I need to run the report with List A, export results, delete those keywords, then run the report for List B?

How Can I intreptret The Crawl Report Resulst?
Hello, I am new to Moz and I have received 2 crawl reports. The first one was ok. I made a few changes to my site plugins, and my next crawl report came up with 41 4XX errors. Basically, a lot of my posts. I went back to my plugins and saw the following plugins: 404 redirect plugin & Utlimate Tiny MCE I reactivated both. I am presuming that these must have caused the issues or maybe my site was hacked. I re ran a crawl this morning, but I don't know what the different headings mean or how to understand the report. Can anyone advise? My site is new and just started to go up the rankings...so quite disappointed with this set back. regards Chriss

Issues with on-page report
My on page reports are really bad (F´s all over the place). When I go to a specific page to check why, it seems that Moz is not properly tracking some of the key metrics. For example for the following page (https://www.iguanafix.com.ar/servicios/pisos/palermo?loc=AR.CF.CF.PA) and keyword "pisos palermo" it is tracking that the keyword is not in the title (which it is), the keyword is not in the URL (which clearly is), not in H1, again it is, etc. I guess this is what is affecting my ranking and thus preventing me from defining a strategy to improve my SEO. Any ideas much appreciated. Thanks

On Page reporting Issue
Hi I’ve recently downloaded my onpage analysis report for our site http://www.health2000.co.nz . The column that is titled “Missing data description Tag” says false, which I’m assuming means the meta description is present. However in the column titled “meta _description tag” there is no meta description present (nor is any meta description in the backend of my site. Could someone please explain why this would occur? How to print segmented keyword lists to PDF?
Hi Moz forum, We're trying to print segmented keyword lists to PDF. Using the 'segmented lists' feature, we have created segmented lists for several different keyword groupings. We are looking to print each list individually as a PDF, but the feature seems to print ALL keywords from the entire campaign. How can we print segmented keyword lists to PDF? Thanks

Moz Keyword Ranking Report
Hi, Moz Keyword Ranking report shows different results then what i see on my desktop for some keywords. There wasn't much difference on most of them until now so ignored some of the differences but now i see huge differences. For instance, on my Google UK I see the keyword ranking 1 or 2 but Moz reports show 22 or higher than that . Search Engine is Google UK. Would you please advise if I am doing anything wrong here? Thank you,
