We Launched a new site and Rogerbot is still reporting on links/errors from the old site, is there a way to clear those out?

We are mostly a Branding agency, and have not put a lot of effort into SEO for ourselves...
SEO tends to take a backseat to design most of the time, making it a little difficult for me at times when it comes to SEO.
We recently launched a new site, http://Roninadv.com/ and the developer and I have done quite a bit of work to make it work well for Google. I was really looking forward to a new crawl report from Roger, but alas, It's like Roger crawled the old site? The new site has been up since last Monday.
Is there a way to clear out the old errors? Do I just need to give roger more time?

Crawler triggering Spam Throttle and creating 4xx errors
Hey Folks, We have a client with an experience I want to ask about. The Moz crawler is showing 4xx errors. These are happening because the crawler is triggering my client's spam throttling. They could increase from 240 to 480 page loads per minute but this could open the door for spam as well. Any thoughts on how to proceed? Thanks! Kirk

I notice there is a new section to the top left of the search page referring to videos. What's this? Is it to research our own video performance? If so, how do I use it?

Verified News Sources: A New Feature in Fresh Web Explorer Launched Today!
Hey gang - I wanted to mention a small update we've made to Fresh Web Explorer (I was the architect on this one). It enables you to filter your searches and/or your Alerts to show only those sources/domains we've observed in Google News. E.g. here's a search for GigaOm with news filtering on (180 results in the last 7 days) vs. the same search with news filtering off (1,811 results). It's mostly useful for folks who are getting overwhelmed by the quantity of mentions they see in FWE and Alerts (I was experiencing that myself with mentions for my name and Moz) and just want to filter to the most important/noteworthy stuff. It's not perfect - Google News does have some weird domains that show in there occasionally - but it's definitely a much better filter if you have a bigger brand or term/phrase you're watching. Keyword Difficulty and SERP Analysis Full report not working?
It's been a few days now that I am having difficulties getting a Full Report on certain keywords in the "Keyword Difficulty" tool. It's been stuck on "pending..." for over 12 hours. I also noticed that some keywords are returning zero exact volume when I know 100% that it's returning 5K+ in GKP. Anyone else having the same issues?

Open Site Explorer Problems
I've been checking open site explorer for months now. It doesn't show any changes in the number of root domain links to any of my pages, even though webmaster tools shows a substantial increase in root domain links for each of these urls. Open Site Explorer doesn't seem to be updating. According to Moz, my site is regularly indexed by Moz. But the numbers don't change. I've tested this on a few other sites as well with the same results. How do I get OSE to update the numbers for a particular website?
