Connecting Analytics

I am really frustrated in where I am having issues connecting any Analytics accounts to campaigns. I just get blank pages. Anyone else seeing this?

Thank you for the responses. I finally got it to take. There was simply a massive delay before it showed up. In short, I just have to wait a long time.

Can you provide any more details about the issue you are having? I once had an issue with GA showing a blank page in Firefox and I had to disable all addons/plugins and it started working again. Then I enabled each addon one by one until I found the culprit. Let me know if this helps or if you can provide any further details. Cheers bud!

Connect Facebook
I clicked the +connect another facebook account, went through all the steps, and when I was redirected back to my moz setup the facebook account wasn't there to "track this profile" I tried clicking the "another facebook" button a hundred times and it won't let me re-do the process, it doesn't do anything. It also won't let me click the "Next" button eventhough I got it to register my google+ stuff. Where do I go from here??

Moz Analytics - Barely working, zero quality control
Two major issues with Moz Analytics - we've reached out to the help team on this multiple times and I've seen no clear answers from their team. Anyone hear anything on this or find a solution? Weekly Automatic Reporting: This has been sending between four and six "weekly" reports to my clients. This has impacted over 30 clients. Many of them contain blank or incomplete data. Sometimes, it'll take over 24 hours before a completed report gets sent after the first incomplete one. Addition of Keywords: The "Add & Manage Keywords" feature has been down for at least 24 hours at this time. Any campaign that I attempt to add keywords to refreshes the page without adding keywords. It appears that the href is set to "" and whatever code that is required to execute the addition of the keywords into the database is not being fired.

Analytics reauthorisation
On a number of my campaigns, Moz is continually asking me to reauthorise analytics. I reconnect and then if I refresh the page, back comes the reauthorisation warning - this is a fairly new occurrence, it used to work perfectly. Thanks for your help.

"Our connection to your Google Analytics account was lost" keeps occurring
We've reauthorized our Google Analytics accounts, but we still keep getting the message "Our connection to your Google Analytics account was lost. Please reauthorize now." This is happening to a handful of our campaigns, not all. Has anyone else encountered this or know what is going on? It says I won't lose any data, but why does this keep happening?

We are having difficulties connecting to your "Facebook" account.
I keep getting "We are having difficulties connecting to your "Facebook" account. Please go to "Add/Edit Social Accounts" to reauthorize it." then a Moz 404 when I click the Add/Edit link.

Analytics Linking Error
Our team keeps getting this Analytics error, "It appears there's a problem with our connection to your Google Analytics account. Please go to your Settings page to update your connection," The issue is that we have linked appropriately several times now. Anyone else having this issue? Glitch?

Why is there no sign up for people who dont want the analytics?
New company is looking to use moz as I recommended it as a current user myself. However the new company i work for requires its own account. Can we not sign up for the tools without the analytics? How long will it be before we are accepted? This is a huge company I've been employed by 🙂 Cheers Robert
