Moz Local not being verified...is service area the culprit?

I've done Moz local before, and it worked without a hitch. However, this time I'm doing it for a service area business that does not show an address on Google.
It's been well over a week and none of the local listings have been updated. Could this be because they require a physical address? Or, do I just need to be patient?

Yes, that appears to be the culprit in this case. The Google Business page and facebook page must display an address for us to validate the listing. I hope this helps! -

Moz Local - Multiple Business Customers

I've looked at Moz Local as it now seems to include UK based submissions.
It looks great. However as I have a number of customers that would benefit from the service I wanted to know if MOZ lets you submit numerous businesses or is it just for the business that you have your account with. I really want to use the service for customers but I'm not sure whether its just a single company with the possibility of multiple addresses or if its multiple businesses. Thanks in advance,

Paused listing in Moz local UK
My listing for Kenwood Hall was paused and after waiting almost a week I'm not sure how to get it unpaused. The verified Google My business profile is at https://plus.google.com/106845835431357734064/about and the facebook listing is at https://www.facebook.com/Kenwood-Hall-390682141103826/timeline/. I can't add a new listing to Moz Local
Hi, Ive been trying to add new listings for two clients to Moz Local for four days now. They each have their own login, so I don't believe it is an account issue. I have rebooted, tried different browsers, cleared cache, and even tried a different computer, all to no avail. Here's what happens... I login and click on Add Listing. I search for the business, select the best result and then I just get a bouncing map pin. It never goes any further.

Has anyone used Moz local for their clients?
If you already have accounts with some of the local directories can you still use Moz local or is it just for business who have never claimed their business? I'd like to offer this as a service to clients but they will see it's Moz local and just do it themselves. Anyone know if there is a branded version coming soon?
