Link Building Strategy?

If I use unique content written from writers & post it to good sites (free blogs, bookmarking, directory, articles sites, etc.) having nice good cache, good PR, different IP's do i still have a chance of get hit by Spam actions of google? Planning to do like just 30-50 a month all with unique content or say 1 unique content then re-written & used not more than 3 times. If not this then What else would you suggest?
One more thing to add up, like i have 1000+ pages out of which i have like 80-90 pages that matters to me (important pages) then how do I spin the anchor text between all the pages. Should i spin them between 1000+ pages or use only 80-90 IMP pages. If the content is 300 words let say then how many anchor tags should i have?

You are looking at links from the wrong way now.
Have a read of this article in MOZ as it is a great starter resource.

How should I start with link building then? Even if I keep content original with every link. Will it still won't work?
-
If the content is original on each platform like say i post a content with 2 links on wordpress free blog, then 10-12 social bookmarking sites. Always keeping the content original & well written. Will it still not be beneficial for rankings?
-
Yeah these tactics might have worked in the past but you are essentially asking Google for a penalty by doing them now. Remember links should always be natural which is the exact opposite of what you have talked about.
-
"Spin - Free Blogs - Bookmarking - Directories - Article Sites - 30-50 articles per month..."
...do i still have a chance of get hit by Spam actions of Google?
There is absolutely no doubt about this. Everything you have said there is absolutely what should should NOT do when link building.
Link building needs to be handled carefully. You need to think about how you can invite links to your site, or produce content so good, that outreach will be met by authors who are happy to run with a link through to what you have produced.
Think about what you have to offer as a linkable asset. If you have nothing, then you must create something.
Amazing links will come from amazing content.
say a 500 word content for link building & spinning it 3 times & then using it for link building on social bookmarking sites, directory sites, etc. Will this be a good idea?
Absolutely not.

Hey big fella
Have a watch of the below WBF
https://moz.com/blog/why-good-unique-content-needs-to-die-whiteboard-friday
I think it may assist you in formatting a good methodology for the content creation. You have a heading of link building strategy and then talk about content creating - though related there are many ways to obtain links without content.
On what you say about content, I am not clear on the "re-written" part. Once you have created unique content - it cant be re-used or re-written. That sounds like you are heading for the penalty box. Perhaps watch the WBF and then clarify?
Anyway ask away, hope we can help.

Redirect closed shop to main shop, or keep the domain and content alive and use it for link building?
Hello, We used to have two shops selling our products, a small shop with a small selection of only our best quality products (domain smallshop.com), and a big shop with everything (bigshop.com). It used to make sense (without going into full detail), but it's not relevant anymore, and so we decided to stop maintaining the small shop, because it was time consuming and not worth it. There is some really good links pointing to smallshop.com, and the content is original (the product descriptions are different between both shops). So far, we just switch the "add to cart" button on the small shop into a link to the same product on the big shop, and did links from the small shop to the big shop also on categories pages. So the question is: in your opinion, is it better to do that, keep the small shop and content alive and build links to our big shop, or do 301 redirections and shut down completely the small shop ? Thanks for your opinion!

Should I try to change these links or no?
Hey guys, I need some advice on a link profile I'm currently working on. Our client sells a product in the hunting industry and has been around for over ten years. I just finished up classifying and looking at all of their links today and found that around half of them are sponsor links, links on "link pages," and a few directory links with almost all of them being followed. Because we are the first company to do SEO for them, I know that these aren't maliciously solicited links, but I'm worried that they may be having a negative impact on the site. Most of the links are coming from other non-competing websites in the outdoor industry which typically tends to have very antiquated sites with very antiquated practices. Essentially, I don't want to go out and try to nofollow or disavow all of these links that the website has had for a long time on other related websites if they're helping us, but I also don't want to be leaving anything up that could algorithmically be identified as spam. Below are some examples to show you what I'm referring to by the sponsor links and link resource pages. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks! .GOV Link - same impact on my site's rankings whether link to home or Gov related category?
I own a job site and I am about to get a link from a .GOV. My site has a category called "State Jobs". Should I ask the ".Gov" to link to my homepage or to the state job page and use the anchor text "State Jobs". I understand "State Jobs" page would get a big kick by that being the anchor text and linking to that specific page, but the question I have is this: for my site as a whole (homepage and various categories) would they get around the same "push up" whether the linking is to 1) my homepage with anchor text being my site's name or 2) to the state job specific page and in this case the anchor text would be "State Jobs"? thank you

Reciprocal link finder tool - not looking to do reciprocal links.
The company I work for had an old SEO company that did a lot of reciprocal links with websites that are not what we want to be associated with. Does anyone know of a tool that might be able to tell us if there are still reciprical links to our site? I want to try and find them, but the old pages we had with links going out have been deleted.

Value of Newspaper Comment Links
Although most newspaper comment sections are a no-follow zone, I have noticed that some comments I have posted with links end up being followed. The comments are participatory and the links relevant and even add to the conversation. My theory is that some comments are monitored and if the editors are looking to encourage discussion and don't feel like your spamming, why not take the no follow off. I do plan on doing some testing with poor, spammy comments on the same papers but am encouraged and would like to know what other people have found.
