Why doesn't the BBB / Trustlink.org links show up in the Link Analysis?

I am curious why one of my client's main competitors (www.allbayhardwood.com) shows links from the Better Business Bureau and Trustlink.org (associated with BBB) but links from those sources do not show up for his domain (www.sanjosehardwoodfloors.com).
He has been a BBB Acredited Business since 12/2010 and on file with them for probably as long as they have had the online version, which seems like plenty of time for the link to have been picked up. BBB has a very nice domain authority and it would be great to see these links show up. (they don't show up in webmaster tools either)
Is there something I am missing?

Specific external links
So...we have an A+ rating with the BBB and have for some time. We have a link from their page. We also use sites like pricegrabber and reseller rankings and have links from those. What I can't figure out is why links from the BBB and Pricegrabber don't even show up in open site explorer but the reseller ratings links are everywhere. The BBB one is easily the oldest and the other two are roughly the same age (i.e. at least a couple years old.)

Aren't domain.com/page and domain.com/page/ the same thing?
Hi All, A recent Moz scan has turned up quite a few duplicate content notifications, all of which have the same issue. For instance: domain.com/page and domain.com/page/ are listed as duplicates, but I was under the impression that these pages would, in fact, be the same page. Is this even something to bother fixing or a fluke scan? If I should fix it does anyone know of an .htaccess modification that might be used? Thanks!

Can't figure out why some of my pages are duplicate content
Within the crawl diagnostics area I'm getting duplicate page content issues on several pages. Rankings reporting showing inaccurate improve/decline/unchanged numbers
Our rankings report is showing inaccurate numbers for the improved, declined, and unchanged summary, both in the email and on the site. According to the added up numbers, we have 315 keywords in the campaign, but that's not possible as we only have 172 set up for it. The total for this section is correct, it just doesn't add up.

Sorry if this is obvious, but I'm new to seomoz. I've run an analysis for one of my pages and it's showing 624 total links - 118 internal and 6 external. Why doesn't the sum of the internal and external links equal the total links?

Conflict in reported link data
I have a competitor in a campaign - the campaign report shows 181 linked domains BUT - the site explorer report shows only 15 linked domains. Which is correct? And if the site explorer is correct - how do we fix the campaign report? Campaigns - domains / sub domains
Dear SEOmoz folk, At the moment, I have one (rather large) site set up as a campain. I have decided to split off parts of my site into sub domains. My question is, can I set up these sub domains as a completely separate campaign on here? I'd very much like the crawl reports separated out for each one. A very real fear I have is that my site is well over double 10,000 pages, so I never truly see the actual number of errors that I have. Thoughts appreciated. Many thanks, Matt
