Schema.org Identification issues?
-
Hello,
My question relates to Schema.org identification on specific pages within our site.
This may sound very amateurish so please bare with me.
Using the MozBar Chrome plugin and looking withing the Markup tab, the results say that MozBar does NOT find Schema.org markup on our page.
However, going to the Google Structure Data Testing Tool results in the opposite. I see the Schema.org code and the tool seems to verify with no errors.
An example of a page that has Schema.org implemented would be: http://usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/cars-trucks/Acura_MDX/
So the final question is: Should I be worried that the MozBar isn't locating the markup? The results in Google SERP seem to reflect the correct code.
thank you!

Hi,
I'd recommend you to check pages that you are not sure about Schema.org implementations with more tools like Bing's Markup validator, https://www.bing.com/webmaster/diagnostics/markup/validator and some others listed here: http://www.seoskeptic.com/structured-data-markup-validation-testing-tools/
Overall, if Google's Tool validates it and in SERP they are looking good I'd not be worried about them.

Unable to get into top 20 even when pages are optimized and most crawl issues resolved
I have a few keyword phrases I've been trying to rank in the top 20 for (starting place). I have optimized for a few different phrases, ranging in keyword difficulty, but no matter what I do I can't seem to get in. In many cases, the exact same results show up for many different variations of the phrases I'd like to rank for. I've read about how google tries to match user intent and so if it decides those results are more relevant then it will always show them, but does that mean that no matter what I do I will always be behind them? The main question I have is: how should I proceed? Should I stop optimizing pages and focus on link acquisition? Or go through and make sure there isn't a single crawl issue? Or focus on optimizing for longer tail keyword phrases? It just feels like I've done so much of what the moz tools have recommended and I'm seeing very little movement over the past couple of months, if anything I see dips in performance after optimization. Thanks in advance!

Moz analytics telling me I have duplicate content issues - how to fix this?
Hey guys, Okay I ran into moz analytics - I have I have 199 Issues, priority issues are showing 38 Duplicate page content. I began looking into the URL's and from what I have noticed from all the urls are showing me a common theme. The urls are pointing to my blog pages - my blog is using wordpress. What iv noticed is the urls all have "Tag" in it Here are 3 examples that I have found. All url's take me to a blank page: Does anyone know what the solution is to fixing this? I read the article for duplicate content covering 301 redirects and Rel=Canonical tags - I'm wondering if this would need to be considered in this case? However I find it confusing that these pages for to a blank page. https://www.zenory.com.au/blog/tag/dysfunctional-relationships/ https://www.zenory.com.au/blog/tag/change/ https://www.zenory.com.au/blog/tag/intuitive/ Appreciate some assistance.

Exact match .ORG/.INFO vs. all query terms .COM - proof?
Hello world 🙂 I have searched among tons of quality articles here on forums, but surprisingly I haven't found topic that goes into the deep water when it comes to a specific KW rich domain problem. Let me first state that I'm mainly based this topic on the information found in following blog posts by randfish (that guru with the beard). http://www.seomoz.org/blog/exact-match-domains-are-far-too-powerful-is-their-time-limited and http://www.seomoz.org/blog/google-vs-bing-correlation-analysis-of-ranking-elements My questions is only related to RANKING aspect of the domains - NOT how is sounds, smell or dance. As all good simple .COM KW domain combinations are already taken, only thing that is left is to be a bit creative using non .COMs exact match, hyphens .COM exact match, all query terms .COM with a letter or word added etc. QUESTION and case study I found a good keyword phrase, let us called it 'super domain' with low competition & high monthly searches and great revenue possibilities. Naturally, first step is to acquire a exact match .COM domain (EMD). But, of course, that is not possible because 'superdomain.com' and super-domain.com has already been taken by some greedy domain broker waiting someone to pay $1.000.000 for it. Not an option. What options do I got? OPT1) superdomainA.COM (keyword phrase with added 'A' at the end) OR OPT2) superdomain.ORG/NET/INFO (keyword phrase on non .COM TLD) I couldn't find any studies with test and clear results regarding this subject. This is VERY important because, regarding to the links I posted, there is a 0.10 better correlation if choosing OPT1) superdomainA.COM, even if using exact match domain OPT2) superdomain.ORG/NET. But they haven't been cross tested in that results in the same post. So it's big '?' sign to me. As SEO market is getting more and more competitive, it is important to not leave anything to chance. I would appreciate if randfish, or anybody else could give some inputs about this. Thanks in advance!

Hi, Has any once else experienced any difference in data between http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/url-metrics/ and http://pro.seomoz.org/tools/keyword-difficulty Please look at the attached image. We used our custom app for retrieve data from "http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/url-metrics/". The columns were matched against the specs given in "http://apiwiki.seomoz.org/w/page/13991153/URL-Metrics-API". FF SEOMoz toolbar issue
I sent the email below to help@seomoz.org on the 12th April and haven't heard anything back so thought I'd fire it up here in case someone has a solution for me... "For the past month or so I've had an issue in Firefox where my SEOmoz toolbar appears to not sign me in, or allow me to sign in. All metrics are 0 for all websites/pages and if I click the login button, nothing happens at all. If I click the Quick Links button the drop down menu appears but whichever option from the drop down I choose, nothing happens. I'm funning Firefox 11.0 and have attached a screen grab of the bar as it appears no matter where I browse.

Issue in number of pages crawled
i wanted to figure out how our friend Roger Bot works. On the first crawl of one of my large sites, the number of pages crawled stopped at 10000 (due to the restriction on the pro account). However after a few weeks, the number of pages crawled went down to about 5500. This number seemed to be a more accurate count of the pages on our site. Today, it seems that Roger Bot has completed another crawl and the number is up to 10000 again. I know there has been no downtime on our site, and the items that we fixed on our site did not reduce or increase the number of pages we had. Just making sure there are no known issues with Roger Bot before I look deeper into our site to see if there is an issue. Thanks!

SEOMoz site crawlers created an issue for our servers
I have set up a number of campaigns with your pro tool. Unfortunately we have 7 sites on our server and our IT dept have said that we had an issue when your site crawlers visited for several sites at the same time - is there any way that I can retain the campaigns but have the sites crawled on request rather than automatically?
