Page Title showing Twice when I check it through Moz Bar

Hello Experts,
I have a brand new website. And I know I have to do lot of things and make changes for better SEO. With that in mind, I recently installed Mozbar.
I was checking one of my posts the other day and noticed Page Title is appearing twice in Mozbar.Please see the screenshot below. Could you please guide me what could be causing this? FYI, I have installed Yoast SEO Plugin.
Also, I can see "Alt Text" is picking lot many words which are from other images or posts...Is there any way to customize that as well?

Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. I think I can help explain what you're seeing in the MozBar.
I took a look at that page, and it looks like there's more than one title tag in the source code: https://www.screencast.com/t/exH7aqRt0
Best practice would be to have just one title tag in place for each page.
As for that Alt Text, I found that in the source code as well: https://www.screencast.com/t/OruvfWwtqJ
It might be worth sitting down with your web developer and making sure that just the text you want to appear as Alt Text is in those alt tags in the code.

Why do my Moz duplicate content results show me pages with no noticeably similar content?
Sometimes the "Pages with Duplicate Content" results under Content Issues show pages that, from what I'm able to see or otherwise test, have no duplicate content, save for the same navigation that exists on all of my pages. On Page Grader - URL not accessible
We have tried to use the On Page Grader today and it is coming back with URL not accessible for all pages on our website. We previously used the On Page Grader on Friday 10th Nov for a couple of product pages with no issues. Since then, the only changes we have made on the websites is updating some downloadable documents. We have done this several times before and it has never affected Moz. We have not changed the page URLs, and therefore do not know why it is now not working. The pages are working fine on the website with no issues. After adding a new page to optimization section it shows up as dashes
After adding a page to the optimization section, it doesn't put the score, title, or ranking on. It shows up as dashes After adding a new page to the optimization section it shows me my score. I go back to the home page of the optimization section to see it's ranking and all the details are dashes. Like the moz score, the ranking, and the title. It has only been happening recently. What am I doing wrong?

Title tag not registering on page optimization
I added a link to the "page optimization" section at moz. When I submit the url to be reviewed (click "optimize") it doesn't find the title tag, although it is definitely there e.g this page

Moz is finding phantom pages
I suddenly have 4xx errors in my crawl diagnostics because pages with “/%3C/div” added to the end of the URL that are linked from the normal page can't be found. I didn't create the pages, and they don't exist, but Moz thinks that they do. I went back through to see if any changes in WordPress, theme or plugins versions might be the cause, but this is the only site that I have this issue, so I don't think that is it. Does anyone have an idea what causes this?

MoZ vs Alexa & Moz vs Google
My colleague is continuously arguing with me why i went for Moz and why not for Alexa, He also says when Google is there then why Moz. I tried on my part to convince him but he has his own learning. Can anybody help me make him understand otherwise my job will become hard if he remains doubtful about Moz? Looking for down to earth and an honest feedback. Thanks Tanveer

Have any insight into why our Moz Rank dropped?
I'm working on a site with a very low domain authority to start and in viewing our historical MozRank comparison to competitors I see that we had a MozRank between 2 and 3 two months ago, but now have a MozRank of 0. What could have triggered this dropoff? It's clear we need to boost domain authority, but we have never had any so we're no worse in that department now than we were two months ago.
