Moz is showing issues at metadata continuously even though the issues are fixed.

I crawled my website by Moz and found many metadata issues (Short meta description, Too long title, Too long URL).
I fixed all of the issues. But when I recrawled my site it showed me all issues are fixed except Meta description. I thought maybe my changes are not being saved and I checked again but It seemed okay! All the changes I made it is applied.
So, my meta description is okay now but Moz is appearing old meta description what was too short and detecting as an issue.
I recrawled my site 4 times.
Please help me with that issue.

Moz Pro: Redirect Chain warning given to pages that don't have redirects
When I look up crawl errors for a page, I'm always told the page suffers from redirect chaining. However, when I do a redirect check (in this case, using the Redirect Path Chrome extension), it indicates that my page does not use a redirect. Why would Moz detect redirects, while no other redirect checker resource does? For example, this URL gets Moz's redirect chain warning: https://www.aem.org/news/january-2018/5-reasons-iot-projects-fail/ But there is no redirect associated with this URL.

Hi everyone, I have a page named zita.vn. Im using Moz to do SEO for the page, but when I use On-page grader in MOZ, I got an error that the page cant be accessed. Additionally, I got an issue with page crawling. Google search still crawl my page normally. Please help. Thanks a lot.

Moz toolbar Broken ?
Hi everybody, It seems the Moz toolbar isn't working properly for two days (Amsterdam Time zone GWMT +1) - we are located in the Netherlands. My colleague and me are have the same experience. Nothing is displayed anymore (no PA, mR, DA or Links) the sections with the pencil (follow and no follow) is working. Working in firefox 26.0.Does anybody has the same issue? Moz is this a global / local problem?

Pro.moz.com referrals and transactions
Our Google Analytics account reports a significant number of visits and transactions as referrals from pro.moz.com. That is nice and we appreciate this but where is the traffic generated from ? (my first MOZ question)
