Usable to set up campaign because site cannot be

I don't understand this message. i never had problems with other sites and now I get problems with this message when trying to set a campaign twice for 2 different sites. I received the same message twice. What do I do? Help! We have detected that the root domain xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx does not respond to web requests. Using this domain, we will be unable to crawl your site or present accurate SERP information. Thanks.

Which of these is the best guest blogging site

We are wanting to guest write articles to be published on quality sites in exchange for one or two links back (link building) Also, how do you choose what article topics to write. Link Diagnosis and Open Site Explorer

I work at a web design firm that's starting to offer SEO to its clients. They want to keep costs down until the SEO side becomes more established, so I've been using mostly free tools to do the SEO. I've been using a website called LinkDiagnosis.com to check backlinks for clients. It says the data is provided by SEOmoz, so I thought it must be pretty reliable. However, I just signed up for the PRO trial to test out all of SEOmoz's tools (& hopefully convince my company to sign us up), and I find that the link information between the 2 tools can be vastly different! Sometimes the number of unique linking domains is very close, but other times it can be off by hundreds, even thousands, with Open Site Explorer typically providing the higher numbers. Is the Link Diagnosis tool really powered with data from SEOmoz, or does it just receive a portion of the data, since it's a free tool? I'm just trying to figure out what will be the most reliable solution for me to keep using, and the discrepancies between the two tools has caused me to question the reliability of both. Can I do a campaign for just a page?

We've been doing a lot of building and work on just one category page, but when i try to put it in the campaign it won't let me do any url that has a sub folder like www.mainsite.com/keyword-page. I can only do www.mainsite.com, and when i select the other campaign options like root domain or sub folder, roger pops up with an error. Is anyone else having this problem?

HTTPS site in Open Site Explorer

I'm looking at a site for which the https URL currently ranks in Google. Using a header checker on the http URL I see that it is being 302 redirected to the https version (I have no control or input on this site). In OSE there's no option to specify an https URL as the http part is pre-populated and uneditable. My question is: does OSE treat the https and http version as the same URL? I'm guessing so as the http URL has a lot of domain authority despite not being the "default" URL.
