Give colleague admin rights
-
I am the owner of the Moz account, but want to give a colleague the rights to add and delete users. How can I do this?
-
Hi!
Thanks for contacting us.
Shared users will have full access to Campaigns and tools within the Moz Pro account. However, the owner gets sole access to do the following (You can not share these rights with anyone else unless you were to completely transfer ownership).
- Delete Campaigns
- Add or remove users
- Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel the subscription
- View or update account billing, invoicing and subscription information
You can read more about seat permissions and watch a short video in our Help Hub.
Feel free to reach out at help@moz.com with any further questions.

Why doesn't Moz read the right meta description?
We have a WordPress blog and Moz continues to read our site title as the meta description instead of the nicely crafted and SEO-friendly meta descriptions we are writing on each post in our Yoast plugin. Can someone help use understand why Moz is reading the site title rather than the post meta descriptions? (We did test deleting the site title all together but then this made Moz think that there is no meta description for any of the posts.)

I was charged $1 when I was on a 30 day free trial or right after. Why is this? I don't understand what I got charged for when I was under the impression that I was using a free trial.
I'm really concerned about this. I had canceled the free trial early. It didn't pass a month. I have no idea why I was charged.

I want to have my website audited by an external SEO expert and I was wondering if there is a way to give access to my moz account without my billing information and subscription management features. Thanks!

How to force MOZ crawlers to search in the right area for local SEO
We do local SEO over here and so our keywords are always followed by a city name, like so: "auto repair+Springfield". If there's ever any confusion within SERPS which "Springfield" the searcher is looking for we can depend on Google to pull query location to assume it's the nearest to them (it does, and is usually correct). And furthermore, if the office ever needs to check for rankings by hand (we're not in Springfield), we just set the query location to "Springfield" and our results match their. However, MOZ doesn't set a query location. Which makes sense, I suppose, because their crawlers are up in the Bay. What I'm saying is that oftentimes there's a discrepancy between how MOZ tells me they rank, and how I see them ranking, the business owner sees them ranking, and how the customer finds them ranking. As such, we can't send them reports through MOZ 😞 Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? Should the keyword be followed by a zip code instead of a city name? This seems like it would solve the location query problem but it may not provide the same results as service+city name.
