Why doesn't Moz read the right meta description?
-
We have a WordPress blog and Moz continues to read our site title as the meta description instead of the nicely crafted and SEO-friendly meta descriptions we are writing on each post in our Yoast plugin. Can someone help use understand why Moz is reading the site title rather than the post meta descriptions?
(We did test deleting the site title all together but then this made Moz think that there is no meta description for any of the posts.)

- Ok first you need to check your source code, probably you already did it, if so just ignore this step if not please check your source code using the dev tool of chrome, the thing is you need to check the HTML of your site. Title and Meta Description Tags.
- Update your Yoast Plugin based on your comments the source of the problem start with Yoast which honestly is not perfect and it had several issues and bugs recently.
- Deactive Yoast, Go to your dashboard and deactivate the plugin. Then you need to insert the Title and Meta Descriptions (manually) the tags that you want to insert on a single page and then run a test using the On-page Graderon this way you can determinate if the problem is Yoast or Moz.
- If you're still having trouble I will suggest you write to Moz support team help@moz.com

Unsolved No replies from help@moz.com - one of our IPs is blocked by Cloudflare so we cannot access Moz Community from there
Hi all,
Product Support | | DanielDL
I am a bit at my wits end trying to get some acknowledgement from MOZ. Have had no replies, no ticket auto-replies, no updates on any of the messages I have sent via the Moz Help Form on the website. Literally nothing. I wanted to avoid having to post publicly, but does anyone know how to raise a "technical problem" ticket with MOZ? help@moz.com never replies and the Help Form doesn't generate any kind of ticket. From our main office we get an "Access denied" Error (via Cloudflare) specifically for the Moz Community area. This happened to us in February of this year and has been happening again all through May. After testing ourselves with our IT, we determine that MOZ's Cloudflare account has incorrectly blocked the dedicated IP address specific to the internet connection at our head office. This means that none of our Moz User accounts can access anything related to the Community area in our account when working at the studio. We can only do so when working remotely (ie. some other IP address). This is incredibly frustrating, particularly as we've been on a proper paid MOZ account for many years. And I have sent numerous email requests, messages via the Form, etc., and have never heard back from anyone at all. The problem has been on-going for some time and I guess it is my fault because I tried to politely wait a fair amount of time between each follow-up. Only to realize that, actually, I don't think anyone is monitoring help@moz.com or even the Form submissions, or are even looking into the issue for me. Am hoping this message is seen by someone at Moz so they can let me know what is going on please? Guys..... c'mon.....0 -

Analytic goals in Moz
We should have the ability to see any and all conversions goals, as defined in analytics, in Moz. After all, the whole point of marketing, SEO, PPC, Social, etc. is to drive sales or leads that create sales right? So, why should we have a dashboard tool that doesn't show us the 1 thing that ultimately matters the most? I understand that Moz simply wasn't designed to do this, but I think that should change. After all, we are in this to make money I hope. My 2 Cents. Micha

Moz login token, time to live...
Suspect it's just a wrinkle as a result of the change from seomoz to moz, but on seomoz the remember me checkbox had a time to live of a few weeks, possibly a month, which was excellent. Since the great rebranding and migration (which is excellent by the way), time to live from ticking remember me is in the order of a couple of hours, which is pretty annoying. Any chance the web folks could bump it up a little, better yet put it back to 30 days? 🙂
