How to manage user profiles in your website?
-
We have a real estate website in which agents and builders can create their profiles. My question is shall we use h1 or h2 tags in business profile pages or make them according to web 2.0 standards? In case header tags are used, if two agents have the same name and we have used h2 tag for them, then search result page will end up having two same h2's. Can someone please tell me the right way to manage business profiles in a website?
Thanks

Thankyou.

The golden rule is that you never use two H1-s on the same page.
The best solution will be based on how your website is designed, but from what I am understanding, you are looking to have a portal of agents and businesses. As they are individual profiles, then you can put the agent name as an H1 on the agent profile and the business/company name as an H1 on the business profile, while listing the agents working under the business with the h2 tag, or even h3.
I hope my answer was helpful to you. I would be able to give a more informative answer if you could provide a link to the website or an example page.

Ranking issue for new website
Hi all, I have got a specific SEO challenge. 6 months ago, we started to build an eCommerce site (located in the UK). In order to speed up the site launch, we copied the entire site over from an existing site based in Ireland. Now, the new UK site has been running for 5 months. Google has indexed many pages, which is good, but we can't rank high (position: between 20-30 for most pages). We thought it was because of content duplication in spite of different regions. So we tried to optimize the pages for the UK site to make them more UK-related and avoid content duplication. I've also used schema to tell google it's a UK-based site and set up Google my business and got more local citations. Besides, If you could give me any suggestions, it'd be perfect.

Blogs and E-Commerce websites
I have recently launched an e-commerce website which has a whopping domain authority of 1! I was thinking about adding a blog to it (it's in open cart), but that would mean creating it in a wordpress but using the same domain name. Would this be beneficial from an SEO stand point (i.e sending traffic to w blog that isn't actually on the e-commerce website itself) , or am I better off creating content as blogs/articles on other people sites?

Does Having 3 Websites On Magento Affect Domain Authority?
We have a client who has 3 separate websites targeting the US, Australia, and the UK. Each of them has relevant ccTLD's such as: .com .com.au and .co.uk. Our client wants to use the Magento multi-site function so it combines all the stores (which are the exact same products) and merge it into one through Magento. Will this affect his Domain Authority? Or would they be treated as individual when receiving link value, trust, authority? There doesn't seem a lot information out there about this can anyone help? Thanks, Matt

Website Crawl problems
I have a feeling that Google doesn't crawl my website. E.g. this blogpost - I copy a sentence from it and paste it to Google. The page that shows up in search results is www.silvamethodlife.com/page/9/ - which is just a blog page with all the articles listed, not the link to the article itself! Did anyone ever have this problem? It's definitely some technical issue. Any advice will be deeply appreciated Thanks

What is the optimal link profile?
I am doing a variety of SEO link building techniques. I am doing: guest blog posts article submissions directories bookmarks web2.0 properties link acquisition I don't expect much from the article submissions, web 2.0, and directories, so I am using these methods for the long tail and less competitive keywords. Is this a good idea? When we talk about a link profile, is it per page or for the whole site? Does it matter if you have a more diverse link profile for a single page or does it have to be diverse for the whole site? Appreciate any informed comments!
