How to tell moz about the domain redirects?

If I redirected my previous domain to my new domain, how can I tell moz that the previous domain is redirected?

Hi there,
Sam from Moz's Help Team here!
Are you referring to your Campaigns? If so, unfortunately, there's no way to change the URL your Campaign is tracking once the Campaign has been created. Once a Campaign URL is set it cannot be changed because of way we track and store historical data; it would get really confusing to have data for more than one website in a single report.
The best thing I could recommend would be to create a fresh Campaign for the new URL. https://analytics.moz.com/campaigns/new
You can read more about Campaign setup here https://moz.com/help/moz-pro/getting-started/campaign-setupIf you're asking about Link Explorer, you don't need to notify us of a redirect manually - We do take 301 redirects into account in terms of our index updates.
Something to note though is that for us to update any 301 link, we would need to re-discover the old pages to be able to follow and update the metrics. This is not likely common for sites with lower authority since old links are not continuously shared on new pages/articles/blogs.
Link Explorer works solely through link discovery and crawling. For every link we index/crawl, these links are not guaranteed to be re-crawled.I hope this helps answer your question! If there's anything else you need, just let me know — I'm always here if you need any help!

Why is moz telling me I have duplicate content, but neither the content nor the urls are duplicates?
I just upgraded our website to a new one. This is the first crawl of the new website. It is telling me I have 24 Critical issues, all of which are duplicate content errors. Thing is, the urls are not duplicates and the content on the page is not duplicated either. Example, here is one error where it says there are two duplicates: <colgroup><col width="595"></colgroup>

Why is OSE showing a higher Domain Authority than Moz?
Moz has today run monthly reports for 2 of my clients' sites. For both of these, the Domain Authority reported on the Moz dashboard is several points lower than that shown by OSE today for the same sites. Why would that be?

Why Moz Doesn't See or Count Our Backlinks?
Hi Moz Community! We have been working hard to improve our Moz metrics, measuring against a high ranking competitor to help us set our goals. Our Majestic and Webmaster Tools find tens of thousands of external backlinks pointing to our domain. That's all well and good. Moz's Open Site Explorer, however, only finds 900 total links - including internal links! This being the case, we have worked diligently to build a variety of great external backlinks, creating Bitly links and encouraging clicks on those through social promotion. Yet, our competitor has over 7,000 external backlinks in Moz's index, while ours is not growing relative to their number of backlinks. Can anyone share with us what they do to tell Moz about their backlinks? We already know we have many more backlinks than our competitor, from trusted domains with good authority, yet it seems Moz is not discovering them. We just want to understand how to use these Moz metrics to create meaningful calls-to-action. Otherwise, it seems like a gargantuan waste of time, and our team has difficulty getting buy-in from our company to put time and assets toward tasks based on our Moz numbers!
