Best way to create page title to products catalog
-
Hi guys, i'm having problems with duplicated page title, and i want to know what is the best way to avoid this problem.
The example is like this:
Title page (A): Product name A - category - section
Title page (B): Product name B - category - section,
What you think guys i can resolve this problem,
Thank you so much for your help.

In the example you've presented, I don't see a duplicate title tag. Product name A is different from product name B, which makes title page A different from title page B.
If you want those titles to be even more unique, you could consider sometimes such as:
Title page (A): Product name A | Unique Selling Point for product A with Good Keywords
Title page (B): Product name B | Different Selling Point for Product B with Different Keywords
-
When you see a category >subcategory>product the best way to tackle page title duplication would be Product Name with an unqiue identifier (eg, size etc)>categoryname>section
The unique identifier will make each product page title somehwat unique.
-
I don't fully understand your problem. The example you give seems to be fine to me, as long as your product names are unique.
To make sure you don't have any duplicated page title, you should make sure that your product catalog doesn't have any duplicated products.

We have duplicate page titles on the footer menu section of our site. Is this considered spammy?
When our new site was in development stages our digital agency convinced me that we should have duplicate menu links in the footer section of the site. The general justification being that the menu links are key word relevant. I have received opposing opinion from SEO advisers indicating that these duplicate menu links could be considered 'spammy'. I would appreciate some views on this please

Best way to retain banklink values when moving site?
Hi all, I want to get some opinions on what the best practice is when transferring backlink values from an old site to a new one. On the old site, I currently have a product page and this particular product has multiple models all listed on the one singe page. However on the new site, every model of this particular product has its own page. These product model pages would have relatively similar content apart from several key details which differentiates the models. Firstly would you guys recommend this splitting of models of the same product to different pages? If so, my initial thought process is to 301 redirect the old product page to the new model page that is most popular, and adding rel canonical tags to the other model pages. Would you consider this best practice? Or are there better ways I can be doing this to retain backlink values without also getting penalised due to possible content duplication? Thanks! We're working on a site that is a beer company. Because it is required to have an age verification page, how should we best redirect the bots (useragents) to the actual homepage (thus skipping ahead of the age verification without allowing all browsers)?
This question is about useragents and alcohol sites that have an age verification screen upon landing on the site.

Best way to condense content on a page?
We want to add a video transcript to the same page as the video, but it doesn't really fit the design of the page. Is it fine to use CSS/DIVs to either have a "click to read full transcript" or a scroll box?
