Help on article submission

I've had a few articles made up about Microsoft Training for the training company I work for. What's the best practice to submitting these articles, any tips on how best to use these articles to boost seo for our website?
All help is greatly appreciated.

In terms of MyBlogGuest I also know a lot of people who have had great success, but like all communities there maybe a few who abuse the system.
It depends on how great the articles are and the situation the company is in, in terms of exposure online. Just because you add the articles to your site doesnt meant that you cannot extract ideas from the same, create brand new articles and guest blog.
Guest blogging is a great way to attract attention to your other content (especially if it is contained on a blog hosted from your site).
MyBlogGuest seems to be a good starting point to me, but if not try going stright for the high value blogs, make sure your blogs are of high value though, and that they suit the place where you are guest posting too..

I don't know the size of your company and its policies, but first make sure that it is OK with your legal department to put the documents out on the web for the public to view. You don't want the articles to be getting a ton of great traffic then hear that they were expressly created for one customer and now that customer is very unhappy that everyone else is getting that content for free.

I agree, talk with bloggers in your niche, post your article to them in email if you can trust them enough. Public facing submission sites are too spammy.

I used to suggest the same as Justin, http://myblogguest.com but the last two times I've used it I have been burned. I submitted well written articles, then a few weeks later they showed up (slightly changed, few words here and there) with my credit / author links not showing up in the posted article.
If they are really well written articles that you think a variety of websites could benefit from mentioning it might be better to place them on your website, I could see some business websites finding the content useful to mention to their readers.

I agree -your best bet is to contact strong related sites and ask them to feature your content.

What's up SEO's, I'm new the SEO world and had a quick question. I just installed the MOZBAR and did a google search: "What is Google Voice" I attached an image of the results I received. Can someone explain how MacWorld's article outranked Google's when both Google's Page Authority and Domain Authority are so much stronger than MacWorlds. This is in addition to google having many more links. This is basic, but any insight will be very helpful. Thanks guys! Best Moz article on landing pages?
From what I understand, building landing pages to link back to sites is a thing of the past. I am looking for a good article that explains best current landing page practices (post Panda and Penquin). Any suggestions?

Staff Dumbfounded by Rankings Drop - Please Help Us Understand!
We are completely dumbfounded by the amount of organic traffic we lost virtually instantly back on Aug 22 2012. We are spending much more money advertising as of late but took another massive plunge since rolling out our newer site redesign this past sat 04/13/13. The newer and more updated version of our site seems to all of a sudden have us dropping like a rock again! Our developers and in house SEO guy that is in house here seems to think our content is ok and that our PR and page authority is ok as well. However they have told me it isn't good per-say, but not the reason in their opinion for our sites drop in rankings instantly. We've seen tons of keywords drop 22-40+ positions in google. We've been online since 2001 and I've never seen anything even remotely close to this. Didn't seem to see such an impact with bing or yahoo though. Due to our rankings being slaughtered we decided to hired WebIMAX to come in and figure out what happened. They informed us that we must have been hit with the panda filter they collectively guessed. Said our content was fair lol. They done allot of tests without anything really indicated the real root cause of the problem and most every major change they requested we made. However we've changed the site design and layout now and changed much of the content and overall structure to be better we believe and we for the life of us cannot understand the massive unexplained penalty. I attached an image which illustrates our dramatic drop in traffic. Bare in mind that as traffic drops we spend more $$$ advertising so mere traffic numbers don't even really say it all. Our organic results are really down maybe 60-70%. We really thought WebIMAX would be a big help and give great assistance and insight. I didn't see any of that and I think our IT staff agrees. We paid big bucks for nothing in return it seems. However we are desperate and are actually considering staying with them even though they've produced zero results or maybe negative results. In fact with all that was done over weeks and weeks with WebIMAX we continued to DROP in organic results. We don't know if we should go back to them, choose another SEO company or just go on trying to fix this issue ourselves. If we could get that then we would simply fix it. Outsourcing of guest blog articles and usefulness of links from guest blogging
I'm not the greatest writer but want to do some guest blogging for links and traffic. Are there any businesses out there that write world class guest blog articles for subjects that match my business? Also, i've read that doing this for links is really moot because the blog posts get archived and become pagerank "unranked" thereby offering little link value after about a month or so. Once they get archived do they still get counted by google and does the anchor text and page rank still count? Thanks in advance mozzers! Ron

Help on Page Load Time
I'm trying to track page load time of the visits on my site and GA only says to me that it's equal to zero and page load sample is aways zero too. I've made a research, and I found that GA is used to track page load time automatically, isn't it?

Need help with some duplicate content.
I have some duplicate content issues on my blog I'm trying to fix. I've read lots of different opinions online about the best way to correct it, but they all contradict each other. I was hoping I could ask this community and see what the consensus was. It looks like my category and page numbers are showing duplicate content. For instance when I run the report I see things like this: http://noahsdad.com/resources/ http://noahsdad.com/resources/page/2/ http://noahsdad.com/therapy/page/2/ I'm assuming that is just the categories that are being duplicated, since the page numbers only show on the report at the end of a category. What is the best way to correct this? I don't use tags at all on my blog, using categories instead. I also use the Yoast SEO plug in. I have a check mark in the box that disables tags. However it says, "If you're using categories as your only way of structure on your site, you would probably be better off when you prevent your tags from being indexed." There is a box that allows you to disable categories also, but the description above makes it seem like I don't want to block both tags and categories. Any ideas what I should do? Thanks.

How long does a news article stay on Google's 'News' section on the SERP?
