Nofollow link from page rank 7?
-
What do you think about a nofollow link from page rank 7? will I see any results?
how much is it worth?
-
Especially if link is from relevant page even if it is no follow I wouldn't turn it away. Search engines do see all links.

Nice! So ask what the traffic is on that page, and go from there. Ignore SEO value for now and focus on how much traffic you'd get, and how you'd monetize that traffic..

It will be on the home page and than will go down to nowhere

How long is your piece of string?
That's a hard question to answer - but I would not turn away a link from PR7 site, even nofollowed! Â Is the page your link is on a PR7 though? Or just some lowly page elsewhere on the site..
As for value - what's the referral value of the link? How many visitors do you expect and what is your conversion rate? How much profit do you make from a conversion? You have to factor all this in.
Many people have paid $300 for a link on a sub-sub-category or Yahoo directory or BOTW and those pages aren't close to a PR7 (often PR0!)..

Should I Be Concerned About Unnatural Links Pointing to 404 Pages?
I bought an existing domain name on Sedo sometime ago and launched a new website on it in early June this year. I noticed there are about 5 or 6 spammy links from directories that were obviously bought by the previous domain owner but they're pointing to pages that never existed on the new website. Other than that, the link profile is 100% clean and it's quite good actually, lots of links from my content being shared on social networks. So should I be worried about these links? Like a lot of webmasters, I'd like to avoid using the disavow tool, I really don't trust that thing.

Best way to filter out the nofollowed links from WMT?
When I'm downloading links from WMT to audit them for my unnatural links clients I generally check each individual link. Â If it is a nofollowed link I make a note that it is nofollowed and move on. Â I'm thinking that there has to be a quicker way to find all of the nofollowed links so that I can filter them out from the beginning. Â How would I do that?

Finding links online that already exist as link juice based on search results
I'm curious about this, I can't find anything on the net that talks about it. I wrote an article about it on squidoo and have had no responses so I am thinking this is very rare subject. The question is I have done some backlink research with my competitors with linkdetective.com and found many links (even follow ones) related to sites that provide search results. Here are a link about what I am talking about as an example, I have found many more besides this one. http://search.lphant.com/es/webResults.html?q=free%20scrabble%20dictionary&hl=en&page=1&src=hmp_es&ref=1 My site appears in those results. When looking at the source there is no "nofollow". I found this page because linkdetective.com had this link listed pointing to my competitor. Are these valid backlinks? What I have been doing is adding these links to http://www.google.com/addurl so that Google knows about them. Is there something I am missing or are these valid?

Link Baiting ineffective for money pages
I am thinking of creating link baits such as infographic for my site. Problem is, link baits only serve to bait links towards those link baiting pages isn't it? It doesn't actually help in improving the SERP of my money pages within the site (which have content that doesn't bait links). Yes I do know however, it will help in the site authority which might ultimately improve the SERP of my money pages, but it is all too ineffective and far fetched is it?

How to improve (ASAP) the linking root domain, the followed linking root domains and the linking C-Blocks? Linkbuilding (or whatever) techniques.
I have a small site (.com) like any website in my sector. 30-90 pages. I have no crawls errors. Everythings is fine, just I need to improve my linking root domain, the followed linking root domain and the linking C-Blocks. Example: my competitors have 300 (one of them have 1300) of total links. I have 30. Anyone know some good strategies? techniques? tips? I just dont want to be in a farm directory, I want free links. I'm already running two strategies but it works so slowly. I want something faster at this moment. Also, any recommendation will be thankful.

Site size affecting page rank?
I've noticed the sites that rank above me for certain phrases are much larger than I am. Here are the results of the 'site:' command for the top 6 results for a phrase I want to rank for (yes, I know that 'site' is not exact): 32,600 pages 8,760,000 pages (wikipedia) 684 pages 148 pages (domain name equal to search phrase) 1400 pages 120 pages (my site) Now, I appreciate that larger sites have more stuff to link to, and therefore have more juice flowing to them from external links. BUT, is it also true that they are generating lots of internal juice by having so many pages? I've looked at the PageRank algorithm and understand that the max page rank for a site (with no external links) is based on the number of pages of that site and how well linked they are). My question is: based on all the experts here, is number of pages in the site an important factor (assuming good on-page SEO), or does it really come down to number of external links (from relevant sites with appropriate anchor text, of course)? Can a small site with tons of external links rank above much larger sites? Has anyone beaten Wikipedia for a phrase they were targeting? How did you do it? Thanks!
