Adding to intl versions of Google?

I ran the SEOmoz Competitive Link Finder tool for my URL and 5 of my competitors. The #1 result (where 3 of my competitors are listed but I'm not) is google.com.sg. Here's the URL where they are listed:
http://www.google.com.sg/alpha/Top/Business/Investing/Derivatives/Options/Research_and_Analysis/
All 5 of us are US-based companies. Why would 3 of them be listed in the Singapore version of Google but not me? Is it common practice to add your URL to all local versions of Google, or should submission to the main google.com be enough?

Well, I'm listed in DMOZ along with my competitors. Why would google.com.sg show a different set of DMOZ listings? Maybe this is just random, or perhaps nothing I can do about it. I was merely trying to get the same (relevant) links my competitors had and was wondering if there's anything I can do to affect google.com.sg's showing them but not me...

That's the Google directory, not Google Web Search. I think Google directory still pulls their listings from DMOZ.

Google indexing nofollow links
Hi Guys I have yellowpages.com.au appearing in the link profiles for some of my clients, but not in others (even if clients without the link in their profile have had an actual link on yellowpages.com.au longer than some who do have it in their profile). My understanding is that Google MAY eventually index a nofollow link... My question is what would cause Google to actually index it?

Google to devalue guest blog links?
There's a lot of talk at the minute about google possible devaluing guest post links. I wondered what people thought of this and whether it is likely to happen? If it does happen then how will google identify 'spam' guest posts and links? I guess it's fair to assume that if the post is well written, autoriative and adds value to a site with a knoweldgable perspective then it will be counted? It can be very hard to define how google will define a 'quality guest post'? Any ideas? What can i do about link threaths like these? What does Google do abt these?
I asked for links removal and it turned into a threat now see below. Can i do anything abt these? Can google protect us from these? Let's say there's a blog post in my industry niche that's 2 years old. Is it worth to get a link from that blog post ? How do I know Google will actually re-crawl that page, and how long can that process take ?

Does Google see this as an inbound link?
Hi, I'm looking at adding my site to a directory. It's highly relevant to my industry and has relatively good PA/DA. The external links on the directory uses some PHP code like the following: http://www.ThisDirectory.com/visit.php?i=3141635&url=http://www.ExternalDomain.com Obviously the links works as a redirect but they do not show up in OSE. Would Google count this link as an inbound link? Thanks,

Do "Sponsored Posts" links get discounted by google?
Do "Sponsored Posts" links get discounted by google? A feture post that is tagged by the site as "featured' or "sponsored" are they discounted as paid links by google?
