Still Getting Keyword Self-Cannibalization

I used the onsite optimization and made some changes to my post, but am still getting the Self-Cannibalization mention in my results.
It lists this:
"Real Estate Careers | Keller Williams | Career In Real Estate" as the link that is not supposed to be there.
This is not a link, but the title of the post. What am I missing?

yes, i'm using 'real estate careers' as the keyword. when i run the report, i get an 'a' with the only error being the cannibalization.
i've been tweaking other pages on my site and am seeing the same thing on most of them....

The On-Page optimization report requires two input factors: the URL and the keyword.
You offered the URL so we are half-way there
What is the keyword you are trying to optimize the page for?I tried using "Real Estate Careers" as the keyword. Your page scored a "B" and was successful on 34 of the 36 metrics tracked by the report. There was no error related to duplicate data or cannibalization.

When you say "I am still getting self cannibalization in my results", what results exactly are you referring to? The SEOmoz crawl report?

Where exactly does it list "Real Estate Careers | Keller Williams | Career In Real Estate"? The "Title Tag" field?

Which field says there is a duplication? The Duplicate Page Content field?
The report name, the type of duplication (field name), and the URLs involved are what is necessary to offer a specific reply.
Generally speaking, there are a few possible causes of content duplication. The most common is a need for canonicalization. Often there are multiple URLs which lead to the same exact page. Canonicalization is one way you can declare the primary URL for a given page.

Other tools to check keyword competition/difficulty
I really like the Keyword Analysis tool/process at MOZ, particularly the composite score of keyword difficulty. However, on my budget/account level I can only check 400 kw's per day and sometimes that's not enough. So my question is... What other tools do you rely on or recommend to provide a preliminary measure of competition for a keyword? Not Adwords competition, but the kind of analysis Moz does by looking at specific ranking factors like phrase the page authority, domain authority, kw in title tag, URL, anchor text, number of external links to the page, etc. Are there any other tools you'd recommend for checking those kind of competition/difficulty factors for a keyword? I know SpyFu.com, Open Site Explorer, Majestic, etc will provide backlink metrics, but hoping for something more comprehensive. Thanks!!

Keyword Stuffing - MOZ On-Page Grader
We sell a great number of insulation products, many of which are produced by individual manufacturers. On the page identified below the Keyword "Kingspan" is repeated numerous times as these items are included in our online shop. However, the many mentions of Kingspan are recorded in the HTML5 Source Code, rather than an external database. When I used the MOZ On-Page Grader, using the keywords "Kingspan" I was surprised to achieve an "A" Grade! Context/Background _Our company has 41 offices around the US and Europe; _ _We (our SEO) teams results are based on someone in a specific postcode/zipcode opening Chrome/IE/FF and searching using Google/Bing/Yahoo _ _(keyword) + (city) _ i.e. Ice cream Manhattan or Computer services Manhattan Our methodology is - (a) Choose an office (zipcode), identify the territory city names required for that Office's SEO goals. (b) begin to develop the strategy and execute (c) wait 1-2 months and test Question Using SEOmoz we are not sure HOW we could even begin to track the keywords?

Is the Linkscape Index getting updated?
I know it only gets a big refresh once a month...The last being in the early part of January. But I released a map that went viral (front page of CNET, Wired, Scientific American) that has gotten me hundreds of links from different domains: https://www.google.com/search?q=perceptionbuilder.com+map I got these links in early to mid December and OSE is showing no data at all. Similarly, I have been doing some linkbuilding for clients and links that I got in October and November and those links aren't showing up either. Anyone else experiencing this? Many thanks, Matt

How do i add many keywords to rank checker
I want to use the Rank checker for a bunch of keywords, but i don't want to set tracking to them, It's just a one time only check i want to perform, but im not sure how to add many keywords (it's about 150 keywords i want to check).
