Where has my Domain Authority gone?

Currently my Domain Authority is at 36, I believe earlier this week it was at 39 and a few months ago it was 41 but I have no way of checking the Domain Authority history.
Why would my website's Domain Authority go down like this? I was hit pretty hard (well not so hard compared to other sites, but It feels pretty hard) by Panda 2.0 and I have been making many changes.
However, I am 301 redirecting the few removed pages.
All paginated pages (page 2,3 etc of each category) I have changed to "noindex, follow" meta tags.
For all "thin content' pages I am also using "noindex, follow". And all possible duplicated content I am also using "noindex, follow".
So the link juice should still be flowing. So where is my domain authority going?

I am not clear on how the SEOmoz tool and metrics have been adjusted post-Panda. Perhaps someone else can share their wisdom on that topic.

What would cause all these other sites that were linking to me, to be devalued by the seomoz linkscape algorithm? besides -some sites which were linking to those sites stopped linking to them.
If so, then there must be a global decrease of links? Did everyone remove their links? Maybe this is the general nature of the web, blogs get deleted.
I guess I'm asking, what other factors does the seomoz linkscape algorithm use besides links to determine domain authority.
Unless there has recently been a decrease of value attributed to links from low quality sites such as WordPress blogs and Blogger. I do have lots of links from blogs.

The changes you made on your site can help your DA flow better to other pages of your site, but they don't affect the DA of your site.
If your DA has decreased, most likely it is due to one of two causes:

some sites which were linking to your site stopped
-
the sites which were linking to your site have been devalued, so their links to your site are affected
I would suggest you maintain a list of all links to your site in an Excel spreadsheet, along with your DA. By using this method you can be certain of your DA and the links used to establish it.

Authority from Linking Root Domains: youtube.com / wikipedia.org / adobe.com
Hi there, Presently doing competitor analysis and note two competitors who have a way higher 'moz domain authority' than my client. Using moz tools I notice their top 5 linking root domains all have a score of 100. Refer to screen shot. Of note, both list youtube.com and _wikipedia.org. _ Similarly, my client's domain is ALSO linked from their user profile on youtube.com. They also have a published wiki page with their URL linked. BUT, youtube.com or wikipedia.org are not listed in their "top 5 linking root domains". Their highest scoring linking root domain is prweb.com - with a score of 97. If my client has links on these top domains why would they not be listed in my client's top five domains list like they are listed in their competitors top five? Researching for reasons I came across this old post (2009) here - http://moz.com/blog/followed-links-from-four-unexpected-sources - and wonder if the competitor's links are 'followed' links - even though all resources suggest wiki and youtube are definitely 'no follow' links? Other interesting "Top 5" domains that are listed for my competitors as top "linking root domains" are microsoft.com, adobe.com and europa.eu - again, refer to screenshot. Questions are IF these top linking root domains are in fact 'followed' links/valuable links and help with domain authority scores calculated by the moz tool then 1) HOW do I get these links to show/provide the same value? AND 2) How are my competitors, who are simply travel products, getting links from top domains like adobe.com? Why is my domain not being crawled anymore?
I just noticed that right around 12/1/2012, SEOMoz stopped crawling all but two pages out of the 400 or so on my website at www.TrustworthyCare.com . I speculate that this is probably due to some dumb mistake I made at that time, but I can't for the life of me figure out what that mistake was. Before that, the weekly crawls included all 400 or so pages. I wonder whether it's something that changed in our .htaccess file. Here's how that file looks now; can anyone see what is wrong there, or perhaps offer other suggestions if it doesn't look like anything is wrong in it? Thanks! Can someone explain to me why OSE shows two different numbers for Linking Root Domains in the header and in the results area?
See Photo Below. 271 in the header, 500 plus in the results section. I just want an accurate number to chart my progress from here on out. Majestic numbers seem inflated too much. Google Webmaster Tools too. g58HX.png

How come there are no links to my website according to SEOmoz Competive domain analysis, while in google webmaster i do see links.?
I dont see any links to at all when i do a Competitive Domain Analysis in SEOmoz. However i do see links in google webmaster tools. this strikes me as odd. Also when i use open site exployer my website dont seem te be found. In google im on page 9 on my focus keyword so i do think there are links to my site. How to crawl the whole domain?
Hi, I have a website an e-commerce website with more than 4.600 products. I expect that Seomoz scan check all url's. I don't know why this doesn't happens. The Campaign name is Artigos para festa and should scan the whole domain festaexpress.com. But it crels only 100 pages I even tried to create a new campaign named Festa Express - Root Domain to check if it scans but had the same problem it crawled only 199 pages. Hope to have a solution. Trifecta Report (domain)
Recently i have found that the data in the trifecta report is becoming less complete. For the last few sites i found that the report returned about half of the metrics it was looking for. For instance, it mentioned that one of the domains did not have a dmoz or wikipedia link/page even though they had both? Also, it rarely returns the Yahoo Site Explorer metrics even though when clicking to see the source the data is there? Are you guys planning on phasing out this tool, if not it seems like some work needs to be done on cleaning it up. Thanks!
