Hyperlinks under description in organic listings ...
-
If you search on Google for yosemite rentals the first organic result that shows up is www.redwoodsinyosemite.com.
How are they able to get the links under description: Agent Login - Our Gallery etc ..
-
That makes sense. Thanks a bunch.

This will take a little time, perhaps a few months. In my experience it is not necessarily linked to SEO, more to traffic. Therefore if there is decent traffic without good serps you should achieve sitelinks shortly.

Even better, here is a Q&A post about it: http://www.seomoz.org/q/has-anyone-found-a-way-to-get-site-links-in-the-serps

There's no way to force their hand, but you can do some things to make it more likely. Here is Google's help page about sitelinks. And here are some articles I came across about things you can do to help your site get sitelinks:

Thanks John. My client is in the #2 position (Scenic Wonders) and wants the same thing for his results. Is it possible to force Google's hand with these?
Thanks.

These are sitelinks. Google finds pages on your site it thinks are appropriate for them, and then adds them. You cannot add them yourself. Once they're added, you can block them from within Google Webmaster Tools (On the Site configuration > Sitelinks page), but only Google can add them.
If you run a Adwords campaign, you can configure them yourself for when your ad appears in the top spots.

How do we remove organic listing in other countries for our brand?
We have noticed that we're getting over 25,000 impressions from India over the last 3 months for our brand term. We are seeing similar results from other countries too but not as much. Having used FatRank I can see that our brand name is ranking in position 1 and 2 in multiple countries, this wouldn't be a problem if 1. we sold cars there and 2. they weren't producing leads for our sales guys to follow up which is causing problems. How can we exclude other countries? In Search Console we are already just targeting the UK. Thanks 🙂

Does a number of products in anchor text (link to product list page) have any influence on SEO?
For example: shower cabins (660), used in our onpage-navigation which links to a product list page.

Google displaying "Items 1-9" before the description in the Search Results
We see our pages coming up in Google with the category page/product numbers in front of our descriptions. For example: Items 1 - 24 of 86 (and than the descriptions follows). Our website is magento based. Is there a fix for this that anyone knows of? Is there method of stopping Google from adding this on to the front of our Meta Description?

Meta Description Being Picked up from another site!?
Hi, when we search for a phrase (which is the most searched for phrase for our company) the meta description which is displayed isnt the one we set, and it hasnt picked it up from any text on the page. The description is incorrect, it says we have an office in a city that we dont, and it just isnt a very good description generally. What has been suggested to us by our website developers is that the description is being picked up by google from a website which lists companies details. The description which is displayed on that website, is the same as the description which is shown for our company in the search results. But is it possible for Google to ignore the meta description which is set in our homepage and the other text on the home page, and pickup the text from another website and use it as our description? Many Thanks

If you are organizing the site structure for an ecommerce site, how would you do it?
Should you use not use slashes and use all dashes or use just a few slashes and the rest with dashes? For example, domain.com/category/brand/product-color-etc OR domain.com/anythinghere-color-dimensions-etc Which structure would you rather go for and why?
