Googles Now Giving More Power To Ranked #1?
-
Not sure if this has been discussed before, but if you make certain searches in google i.e. "sports authority" you will find that the site ranked #1 has extra links below it like a "library" into their site. How do you get this "library" to appear on your site when your site is in #1?
Attatched is a URL to flickr with a screenshot of the search.

The short answer to that question is that you can't make a flash site 'fully' SEO friendly. That's why so many companies that were counseled by agencies a few years ago to develop flash sites have now reverted back to more easily crawled platforms.
Flash is pretty but not search engine friendly.

try to open my site using your cellphone
Let me make this clear, my full flash website is perfectly NOT SEO friendly ..
but what caused it to be that SEO Friendly, that is because of the HTML .. Currently I have submitted a blog post in regard to this case study (how to make a full flash website SEO friendly), looking forward to it

You're right... also, your sitelinks are displayed differently within the search results - similar to how Google used to display them here in the US a while ago. It appears Google has not rolled out a full feature set to your geographic area via Google Webmaster Tools yet.
Your site is also heavily flash-based, which Google doesn't do a good job when parsing navigation and content (although they 'say' they're getting better, I've not seen any real improvement). Looks like you are also dynamically rendering page content based on IP address which adds more complexity for search engine bots (multiple languages on the same page is far less desirable than a ccTLD or at the very least, a separate file path for different language content).
Most webmasters have moved away from developing sites fully in flash, preferring to use flash elements where appropriate, instead. You may want to consider developing a non-flash version of your site for google to index more fully.

Let me give you an example
http://www.google.co.id/search?q=ikt
The search result for my site (ikt.co.id) is ranked first, and have additional sitelinks (4 links, for about, news , etc)
But because my site is extremely new I still dont have the access to Sitelink under 'Site Configuration' on my Google Webmaster
That is what I am trying to say that this configuration will not always be available to all
Here is the message i've got
"Google has not generated any sitelinks for your site. Sitelinks are completely automated, and we show them only if we think they'll be useful to the user. If your site's structure doesn't allow our algorithms to find good sitelinks, or we don't think that the sitelinks are relevant to the user's query, we won't show them. However, we are always working to improve how we find and display sitelinks."
Which is quite false, because google has indeed generate a Sitelink for my site but the configuration is not available to me (webmaster) yet
-
Sitelinks are primarily available to Brands or branded searches. Also, info architecture can make a huge difference depending on how easily Google can crawl your site. I've also found that CTR appears to be well correlated to which nav items get picked up as a sitelink.
-
AND the Sitelinks is not ALWAYS available to all
-
You can manage your sitelinks in Google Webmaster Tools under 'Site Configuration' and then 'Sitelinks' - you have a choice of up to 8 sitelinks that you can block or show in the SERPS.
-
Great, Thanks. it says that it's automated, but has anyone found a way to have a link stand out to google saying, "use me to be a sitelink"?
-
These are called sitelinks and Google derives them from your site navigation. From Google Webmaster Tools Help:
"The links shown below some sites in our search results, called sitelinks, are meant to help users navigate your site. Our systems analyze the link structure of your site to find shortcuts that will save users time and allow them to quickly find the information they're looking for."

What should I do if same content ranked twice or more on Google?
I have a Bangla SEO related blog where I have written article like "Domain Selection" "SEO Tools" "MOZ" etc. All the article has been written in Bengali language. I have used wp tag for every post. I have submit xml site map generated by Yoast SEO. However I kept "no index" for category. I know well duplicate content is a major problem for SEO. After publishing my content Google ranked them on 1st page. But my fear is that most of the content twice or more. The keywords are ranked by post, wp post tag and Archive. Now I have a fear of penalty. Please check the screenshot and please suggest me what to do. uRCHf yq7m2 rSLKFLG

Fetch as Google
I have odd scenario I don't know if anyone can help? I've done some serious speed optimisation on a website, amongst other things CDN and caching. However when I do a Search Console Fetch As Google It is still showing 1.7 seconds download time even though the cached content seems to be delivered in less than 200 ms. The site is using SSL which obviously creams off a bit of speed, but I still don't understand the huge discrepancy. Could it be that Google somehow is forcing the server to deliver fresh content despite settings to deliver cache? Thanks in advance

Google Rankings Are Dancing What To Do?
I was been ranking on page no.3 for many of my keywords. Suddenly they all dropped to Page No.9& Page no.10. Now 10 days back one of my keyword got back to page no.4 & now suddenly today it went back to page no.9 again. I haven't done any changes to the site. My page speed is less than 4secs. Checked everything & all seems fine. No errors or manual actions notification in Webmaster too. Should i wait for the rankings dance to get over or should i start doing something. Currently i am planning to get fresh pages with good content added to the website for the whole month of July. Suggest me what to do?

Leverage power of high ranking domain for a company we acquired
Recently our company acquired one of our competitors (this was a business move, not SEO related). However, their website ranks in the top-10 for many of the keywords we target. Our website generally ranks higher in these SERPs, but I would still like to leverage the power of their domain to boost our main website up even further if I can. Their website is still up and running during the customer transition period but eventually (later this year) we plan to remove it and point all customers to our main website. Any suggestions on the best way to use their website going forward?

Does putting a Google custom search box on make Google think my users are bouncing?
I added a Google custom search box to my pages, that's doing an advanced Google search. A lot of people are using it. So users are coming to my site from a Google search, and then often performing another Google search on my site. Should I be worried that Google may interpret the resultant user behavior as a bounce or pogo-stick? Or will the fact that the second search occurred on my site, using custom search, and with advanced parameters signal to Google that this is not a dissatisfied user returning to Google? Thanks

Will changing Google Places address hurt rankings?
I have a client transferring ownership of their service business (photo booth rental). The current listed address will change, so my main concern is preserving the rankings during the transition. Should I change the Google Local listing to a new physical address, or change it to "serve a surrounding area"? It seems best to set as "serving a surrounding area", but I know Google is really weird about making local listing changes. I've seen and heard about countless listings falling completely off the map after being updated. Any advice appreciated.
