Tool?

Hi mozzers,
I was wondering if theres anything out there that would crawl a site and sort your pages into the number of words they have?
-
Analyze Page, within the SEOmoz tool bar, offers an HTML text character count. This isn't scalable in the way you describe though. I also checked a desktop crawling tool that I use, Screaming Frog, but it doesn't provide that feature. Sorry.

I know that the Bing IIS SEO Toolkit will show you the content length of every page on the site. If you run a site analysis just go to Content >> Directory Summary and choose the relevant directory- you will see a column for content length next to each page. Just export to excel and you can sort in any order you want.
If your pages have a strange amount of code in them it won't be quite as accurate as you want though - it doesn't actually count the words as far as I know.

Migration + Change of Address Tool used - previous site de-indexed!!
OMG disaster! Recently migrated my site womencycles.com to moonrise.health. Painstakingly went through each URL manually to map out redirects, notified Google via change of address tool. Bam. My old website has disappeared from Google and my new site has thus lost all it's organic (i.e. redirected) traffic. I don't get it. I think I have done everything by the book, but it seems my old site has disappeared and no authority or link juice has been passed to my new site by the 301s, as the new site isn't ranking either. Some examples: https://www.google.com/search?q=women+cycles&oq=women+cycles&aqs=chrome..69i57j69i65j69i61l2j69i60.1834j0j1&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 'women cycles' previous position 1

How to use Google search console's 'Name change' tool?
Hi There, I'm having trouble performing a 'Name change' for a new website (rebrand and domain change) in Google Search console. Because the 301 redirects are in place (a requirement of the name change tool), Google can no longer verify the site, which means I can't complete the name change? To me, step two (301 redirect) conflicts with step there (site verification) - or is there a way to perform a 301 redirect and have the tool verify the old site? Any pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated. Cheers Ben

How long does it take for Webmaster Tools to index a site?
I submitted my client's site about a week ago. It had 138 links, it's still at 43 links. Should it be taking that long to index? Thanks! Luciana

No confirmation page on Google's Disavow links tool?
I've been going through and doing some spring cleaning on some spammy links to my site. I used Google's Disavow links tool, but after I submit my text file, nothing happens. Should I be getting some sort of confirmation page? After I upload my file, I don't get any notifications telling me Google has received my file or anything like that. It just takes me back to this page: http://cl.ly/image/0S320q46321R/Image 2013-04-26 at 11.15.25 AM.png Am I doing something wrong or is this what everyone else is seeing too?

Severe Health issue on my site through Webmaster tools
I use Go Daddy Website Tonight. I keep getting a severe health message in Google Webmaster tools stating that my robots.txt file is blocking some important page. When I try to get more details the blocked file will not open. When I asked the Go Daddy peeps they told me that it was just image and backup files that do not need to be crawled. But if Google spiders keep thinking an important page is blocked will this hurt my SERPS?

Broken Inner Links - Tool Recommendations?
Do you have any recommendations for tools that scan an entire website and report broken inner links? I run several UGC centered websites and broken inner links, and external, is an issue. Being that these websites are several hundred thousand pages large, I am not really all that excited about running software on my desktop (xenu link sleuth for example). Any online solutions you could recommend would be great!
