Newly acquired links not showing up on link analysis
-
I have recently gained a few links which I know are definitly up, because I have seen them, however, when I navigate to link analysis on SEOmoz pro, the number of links isnt showing as more than before. How long does it take to update?
-
Next update looks to be around the 20th of Sept.

I agree with Barry, you won't see your links show up immediately, the standard web crawls each take a couple of weeks to go from start to finish, and those new links willl show up when the linking page gets crawled again.
-
Possibly months, but more likely (if they're good quality links on high-ish profile sites and not buried in a directory somewhere) it'll be at least a month.
The last index update was August 23rd (check on the OSE homepage to see), so I would expect another update around the end of September or thereabouts.

Inbound Link Tool?
I signed up for SEOMOZ so that I could get a conclusive list of links for my competition. I hope I can get this information with this tool. Can I? And where can I find the tool? P.S. I don't need my own inbound links; I can get these with google webmaster tools.

Visual Sitemap (Flowchart) Generator - including link flow
Hi All, Having read a useful article http://yoast.com/site-structure-seo/ I'm now looking to acquire a means of being able to simply type in a URL and see the site structure including link flow. A free website or software app would be great... Thanks in advance Mark

NoFollow Links from Subdomain to root domain better than DoFollow Links?
Our service at fotograf.de is a shopsystem for professional photographers. The customers can build their own website with our tool including an onlineshop to sell their pictures. Here is my question: One part of the customers use subdomains of our site like photographers.fotograf.de. On each customer website we include a backlink to our homepage www.fotograf.de. From SEO view is it better to set these links as NoFollow Links? Or should we put one Follow Link on the starting page on each site and on the other pages only NoFollow Link? Are these links bad for our SEO regarding link diversity because they all come from one root domain? Thanks for the answers! Sebastian

Tracking External Followed Inbound Links - Are We Getting Fooled?
This question is not about how to use SEOMOZ Link tools. It's about the numbers themselves and how their fluctuations are causing confidence issues.... My client wants to track inbound followed links over time. But as I understand it, this number will vary depending on the Linkscape crawling success (or even outages or partial crawls.) In the past few reports, we've had wild fluctuations which have made them very nervous. If my client wants to track inbound followed links over time, what SEOMOZ metric should we use for the most reliable progress checks?

Why does the csv export from OSE only include 25 of the 90+ links?
In OpenSiteExplorer, I clicked "Download CSV" for a report on backlinks from one domain to another. The online visualization in OSE showed 93 external inbound links from site A to site B. When I opened the report, there are only 25 linking pages listed. How do I download the full list?

Why does my crawl report show just one page result?
I just ran a crawl report on my site: http://dozoco.com The result report shows results for just one page - the home page, but no other pages. The report doesn't indicate any errors or "do not follows" so I'm unclear on the issue, although I suspect user error - mine.
