Google +1 not recognizing rel-canonical

So I have a few pages with the same content just with a different URL.
http://nadelectronics.com/products/made-for-ipod/VISO-1-iPod-Music-System
http://nadelectronics.com/products/speakers/VISO-1-iPod-Music-System
http://nadelectronics.com/products/digital-music/VISO-1-iPod-Music-System
All pages rel-canonical to:
http://nadelectronics.com/products/made-for-ipod/VISO-1-iPod-Music-SystemMy question is... why can't google + (or facebook and twitter for that matter) consolidate all these pages +1. So if the first two had 5 +1 and the rel-canonical page had 5 +1's. It would be nice for all pages to display 15 +1's not 5 on each.
It's my understanding that Google +1 will gives the juice to the correct page. So why not display all the +1's at the same time.

For facebook, if you use the proper open graph meta data your Likes will be consolidated.
With respect to Google +1, I can share my viewpoint and best guess. You are presently choosing to canonicalize these pages, but they are in fact separate web pages. You can choose to remove the canonical tag at any time so the data needs to be tracked separately.

Why my site is not indexing in google

Is rel=canonical needed for URLs with Google Analytics query strings?
If a page URL has Google Analytics query strings, does the page need a canonical tag? e.g., something.com/?utm_source=newsletter&utm_campaign=mar-2013-nsl I have rel=canonical on all our pages because some of them will be accessed via URLs that have non-Google strings. The strings are only for marketing purposes, not for identifying a specific page to display. e.g., something.com/?source=acme Should I only implement the canonical tag on the pages that might have non-Google marketing strings in the URL?

Rel canonical confusion
I have 172 pages on my site coming up as having a rel canoncial tag This is not something I've added myself so I think it must either be part of wordpress or part of a plug in I'm using . Hi all, My website is www.ipbskinning.com I'm having a problem with how my site is appearing in google. I have this in the head of my website: <meta name='<a class="attribute-value">description</a>' content='<a class="attribute-value">Free and Custom IPB Skins for Invision Power Board.</a>'/> Yet when I google 'ipbskinning' it says: Solid Skins. 1We test all our skins in all browsers to insure that they are compatible. Google Indexing
Hi Everybody, I am having kind of an issue when it comes to the results Google is showing on my site. I have a multilingual site, which is main language is Catalan. But of course if I am looking results in Spanish (google.es) or in English (google.com) I want Google to show the results with the proper URL, title and descriptions. My brand is "Vallnord" so if you type this in Google you will be displayed the result in Catalan (Which is not optimized at all yet) but if you search "vallnord.com/es" only then you will be displayed the result in Spanish What do I have to do in order for Google to read this the way I want?
