yurtdışı-üniversite OR yurtdisi-universite ?
Thanks in advance...

What you are referring to is unicode URL's.
Here are 4 tips for dealing with these types of url's -
• Keep them as short and simple as possible. Wherever possible, use static URLs without too many parameters. Short and simple addresses are easy for search einges to crawl and for users to remember. You want to encourage people to click on your URLs.
• **Use keywords if appropriate. **Don’t stuff your URLs full of keywords, but if using a keyword in the URL is applicable, stick it in. It’ll be highlighted in the search results just like keywords appearing in titles and metas.
• ** Translate your URLs. **If you’re building a site in German or Spanish, don’t use URLs that are still in English. You’re missing a valuable opportunity for German and Spanish search engines to see that you have relevant content in those languages. Even if it’s a short and sweet URL, you might not encourage clicks if searchers can’t read it.
• Don’t be shy about using Unicode if you’re able to. The DNS, browsers, and Unicode translations have all improved recently. Domains in Unicode form are becoming increasingly available. Since website content (and keywords) will be written in Unicode (don’t write your entire website in transliterated Chinese or Russian or Hinidi!!!), why not give yourself the opportunity to begin sticking out in the search results.

Thoughts about using Hubspot for my clients...........
I operate an Internet marketing firm in the Midwest US called Saw Web Marketing. I have contractors that work for me that handle design, writing, development, etc when my clients need it. I love the industry but struggle (like everybody else) with all the normal things (managing time and keeping up with reporting, keeping up with the little daily fires, finding time to improve my site and blog and learn new things, networking, social media and on and on..... I have been considering using Hubspot software to simplify some of the things I spend time on, look more polished and professional would of course be a big bonus. I don't know HOW restrictive or powerful their tools are. (I certainly am NOT leaving Moz - Nobody compares to Moz!) ANY thoughts or opinions would be GREATLY appreciated!!! Matthew

What's on your ultimate online marketing wish list?
Hi everyone! I'm one of Distilled's new online marketing analysts and will be writing my first blog post for them right before Christmas! I'm thinking about writing a post that combines the holiday spirit with what we all wish Google would give us. So fine people of Moz Q&A, tell me, if you could have anything from Google, no matter how ridiculous, what would it be and why? Any great quotes may even be featured in the blog post itself and attributed to you! Thanks everyone and happy Friday!

If you could go back in time and build any brands SEO what brand would that be and why?
Ok so yes this my idea of having fun when I think about SEO. For me it would be Coca Cola as they only have fast moving consumer goods and their whole brand just SCREAMS "please take me viral". Maybe Disney or a Gaming company..

Where do i find Local SEO Clients?
Hey, So i've been doing SEO for a while now and know a lot of tactics and a lot of ways to get my/others sites hire. I know good software (and have that software with full licenses and know the methods to use it in whitehat ways that will work well), internal content linking, title/description, webmaster tools (both google and bing), sitemaps etc... I have clients and my own sites that i have managed to get high in google, as well as my own local site that is number 1 in Google for my hometown + SEO, but that only gets about 80 searches a month and gets me very little if any phone calls a week. I've also just ordered 250 high quality business cards, that i spent ages designing to look awesome.. If these work well i'll print some more and stick all over the place... I currently have 2 local clients, 1 is a local web agency who every client they have they pay me a specific amount to boost that company in Google and the other is just a family friend who pays me a small amount a month to build links for him. I'd like to have 10-15+ clients all on my payroll with a nice amount of income that i can live off. I just finished full-time school and am just coming into the big wide world and have for paid for my new laptop, desktop, 2 monitors, SEO software licenses and SEOMoz account from niche blogs, software and SEO coaching and such.. I've built a brilliant online portfolio for people and have had a lot of great feedback from online clients. But i can only earn around $10-$110 per online client for SEO and around $8/hour for coaching... I'd like to be able to make that a LOT more. I do web/graphic design as well and have built a nice portfolio for that as well. So back to the main question, how did you and how do i get local clients? Thanks!

What are some good organizations an SEO company can join that are strong trust signals?
We are working on a website redesign, and want to prominently include some trust signals that help people feel comfortable with us. We're including logos of a few places we've guest posted, and also the BBB and local chamber of commerce. Do you have any other ideas on logos we can include that are good trust signals? Any associations or organizations we could join? We are a trustworthy company, we just want a way to communicate that visually, and it seems organization seals and logos are the way to go. Thanks!

What does the New Frontier of Search Look Like? (Mobile and Tablet)
I'd like to start a discussion thread on the direction of search as it applies to mobile and tablet. Jeff Haden, one of our Inc.com contributors, wrote an article headline stating that SIRI would be the end of SEO. However, what the article really talks about is the direction mobile search is likely to take: 1. Search results will be bypassed 2. Even more emphasis on local 3. PPC will be irrelevant 4. Emphasis on social media I think these insights are fairly intuitive and it will be really interesting to see how the medium for mobile and tablet develops. It will be interesting to see what technologies will shape the means by which users find information and not just the search intent of the user. Please add any insights you may have or good reads you'd like to share here.
