Probably not wise to hide the business address, it might impact on how it ranks from a local point of view.
The only reason I can see someone would want to hide an address is if they wanted to shut down a location or move a location.

If you are using niche specific directories I think they will be fine.
The directories you need to stay away from are sites like freeSEOdirectory.info
Do your research and see if the site is active, if they have quality content, if they have an approval process on new business owners been added.
I would No Index TAG pages on your blog/website. The SEO benefit from these tags is limited the userbility benefit is evident.
Using tag pages is still not a bad idea as they can help with fine tuning your category level targeting.
Also the attached image is a great example to compare the two from this post - https://moz.com/blog/setup-wordpress-for-seo-success
Upload slideshows on Slideshare.net Google loves the domain from what I have seen, if you have a great range of links to the Slideshare content you can have them ranking for great terms.
If you upload slideshow content to your own domain it may not be as effective.
Also check how much traffic the tags are currently getting, one site I have looked at in the past had like 16k uv a month from some tags on the site so proceed with caution also I agree with the advice above as well.
Another method I have been using for a while, just to check the number of indexed images:
1. Search for site:www.website.com
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and hit "switch to basic version"
3. It will then show the total number of indexed images via Google.
I am sure their are other ways you can do it via crawlers and analytic's reports too.
Google is pretty good at picking up a network on sites within the same c-class sever.
That been said think of the following methodology, if you acquire 4 links on newspaper websites on the same sever and all those links are very high authority then it will provide 4 different links all with good value.
so that been said if you can acquire 4 different site links on 4 high quality sites on the same sever it is worth it for sure.
But be wary if some one goes to you i will sell you 50 site links on 1 sever all with low authority sites I would steer clear as it is a link network.
to be honest Ezines are going to yield smaller results, you really only want to target the big ezine websites which are high quality and indexed by Google news.

Well yes they do count as internal links,
If you have a website with say 20,000 pages you can use anchor text specific titles on the navigation, so it can give you a boost to your "internal link juice". As an example you have a page about "Soccer Boots" you link to that in the title, sure you also have your main product specific pages too and main navigation pages.
What you can also do to supplement your main header navigation is to have a footer navigation.
You must also bare in mind that you do not want to target more than 100 links per page, this is a guide from Google.
Hope this helps.
AddThis does have the hidden links to their website in the toolbar which is a concern - http://phill.co/seo/dont-use-the-addthis-social-sharing-toolbar-its-bad-for-seo did a good write up on it, I mean if you want to give some one a free site wide link this is something worth looking into.
That been said their are plenty on the market Sharing is Sexy was a good on, I would research into the specific plug in before using it.

Hi,
The thing about country level TLD's is they will rank well in that country, If you use a .com.br domain it may not rank well in Australian results or USA results only for the brand term, even if you geo target sub folders on the domain.
Can you acquire the .com domain? From my experience .com works the best on a global level.
My advice is to use the domains you have for specific markets on the CC TLD's yet for other areas which you are not able to acquire the domain use SUB FOLDERS on the .com domain and then GEO target these sub folders in Google webmaster tools.
Finally do not use sub domains it is not a wise strategy, you will have no internal linking value.
Launching a new site you need a strategy for your marketing, This would involve what type of things you want to use.
A few quick tips to get links:
Blogs in your niche, see if you can guest post.
Social Bookmarking websites.
Upload your content to video sites.
Make social profiles for your business, link back to your site via these.
Link u via your linkedin profile to your site.
Hope that helps
I would not worry too much about text to code ratio as an exact number.
Things I would more so worry about are the following:
1. Do you have more then 200 words of text per page.
2. Do you have low amount of code errors on page.
3. Do you have alot of code space on the page (I have see this numerous times.
4. Make sure you have the key text elements near the top of the page when Google crawls the content first, also your key on page elements.

Hi,
Algos do change around the world, different things can be seen in different markets.
For example Google will favour .com.au domains in the Australian market because it is country specific TLD's.
Sure you can GEO target the domain via webmaster tools yet it will not be as powerful.
Also country specific links will work in your favour and copy which meets the users language for your area.
Do some TLD's have more spamy things going on? Yes I agree some areas we see that .com market Google has really been fixing it up for a long time other markets are a bit slower to move, yet with all the recent changes to the algo like Panda we are seeing all TLD's come together in a more combined sense.
Hope this helps.
Hi,
to be honest the best way to do it is not to have the same anchor text in all article syndication.
Switched up the anchor text and pages you are linking too imo.
Find some variations of "Phone Recycling" which are getting traffic example "best Phone Recycling" then switch the URLS too.
Depends how large scale you are doing the articles too, if it is only 10 then I wouldn't worry but if it is 100 worry about switching link urls and anchors for sure.
5/8/2013 I would like to talk about a case study for a large start up I worked on for over eight months in the Australian and US market. This client originally came to the company with the typical link building and SEO problems. They had been using a SEO company that had an extensive link network and was using less than impressive SEO tactics and methodologies over the last 12 months. The company was also losing considerable revenue as a direct result of this low quality SEO work. So, I had to scramble and develop a revival strategy for this client.
3/14/2012 So recently I was having a chat to some friends involved in the digital space and they had a question: "Hey what do you think are the most competitive SEO term in the Australian SEO market?". Been involved with internet marketing for almost 8 years now I had a good grasp on some of the most difficult terms, I have personally worked in some of the most difficult markets in both Australia and the United States so I thought what better opportunity than to put together some research in this space.
10/18/2011 This post is for anyone who is an SEO, Online Marketer, Domain Name Buyer or PPC in general and does keyword research using the Google Keyword Tool. Don't get me wrong -- keyword research is a very important aspect for SEO and if you do not do it correctly you can make a huge mistake by targeting your whole SEO campaign around specific keywords which are not all that correct. Some times the data can leave you a bit angry when you compare it with other real time sources or more accurate PPC data.
